Good grades have always been a priority for Morgan: So, considering all the years of hard work she has put into her education she figures skipping out after lunch on the last day of high school won't cause too much chaos in the universe. A new part of life is beginning and university, work and travel will temporarily separate Morgan from her closest friends, so the foursome decided on an early start to their "Hallelujah High School is Over Forever/ Goodbye" party at their favourite hokey dance bar.
It was a crazy, memorable, emotional day. These three amazing people, who had all come into her life at different times and in different circumstances, were the most important people in her life. Courtney, her oldest childhood friend, had helped her through the death of her parents when she was 8; Mitch, the son of the couple who eventually adopted her, made her feel like she had a family again; and Emma, the spunky girl who befriended her on the first day of high school after discovering their shared love of all things vintage.
As hard as it was to say goodbye Morgan knew she'd see her friends again soon, and she couldn't help but feel excited - the whole future was ahead of her!
P.S - ...so, just a warning, I tend to go overboard on the background story :XD:
I forgot that the rest of the world didn't have an extended weekend this weekend (today is Victoria Day in Canada). Sorry for the confusion! Unfortunately I am unable to get my mock up by this evening.
