Been searching

I've been searching, reading, googling and attempting to hunt down a mostly flat world with a lot of lots/space for lots. It could have lots in it (I can always delete them) but my main concern is that it works and it's large enough to incorporate the lots desired.

I downloaded a few "blank worlds" but some of them crashed my game and others were difficult to place lots on due to their terrain.

I appreciate any suggestions.

I have all EPs except Island Paradise and Seasons (as both tend to over heat my computer.)

Sunset Valley 2 by Magic Dancer. It's like an expanded, flat Sunset Valley, there's a version with pre-placed lots and one without.
