    Tiny Tugboat is a great houseboat walkingstick :) Great exterior design of it! The types of and way you have placed the windows look great. The life rings on the exterior look great. It looks great how you have placed the items on the roofing and done the steam pipe! Nice shade of colour that you have used for the exterior. Great deck and balcony areas. The anchor on the deck and the flowers on the balcony look great there,Very nice photos that you have taken of the boat with the landscape backgrounds ! The photo with the waterfall in the background looks nice! . Nice furnishing of the interior of the boat. Great pattern that you have used for the bed.It looks nice that you have placed a ship on the table near the bed and also on the shelf. They are great nautical touches. The way you have done the side wall shelving in the bedroom looks great. Great textures that you have used for the walls, floors and furnishings through the home. The caged candle lights that you have used in the various areas look nice. Great living room area, It looks great that you have placed the tv above the bookcase, Sims will enjoy relaxing on the seats there watching tv or reading a book. The steering wheel on the wall looks great. Great side wall window dining area,for sims to enjoy looking out at the sea views whilst eating their meals. Great upper level helm control room for sims to steer the ship and relax on the sofa whilst other sims are in control of guiding the ship.
    It is a great home on the seas! :)

    Tulip Tunes is a great music shop LiandaVanZyl :) The dome type windows that you have used look nice and great placement of them. It looks nice how you have placed the tulips alongside the edges of the building. The tulips look very nice around the bird bath. Great front porch. The new hanging chairs look great there. Sims will enjoy relaxing on the seats there enjoying the outdoors air. Great setting up of the musical instruments inside for sims to look at and buy, Great recolouring of the guitars. The pattern of the flooring looks great. The posters on the wall look great and suit the theme of the build well.
    It is a great place to come to for buying instruments! :)

    Vintage Sweets is a great place for sims to enjoy visiting Joolster :) Nice greenery covered trellis outdoors dining area. Nice type of dining tables and seats that you have used there for sims to sit and eat at. The hearts at the start of the pathway look great ! It looks great how you have done the angled front door. The pink window shades and the sweets sign on the roof look great and welcome sims to the sweet shop. Nice furnishing of the interior! It looks great how you have done the shelves behind the barista bar counter! Great mooing work and placement of the sweet themed items on the shelves. They look great! It looks great that you have placed candy bars on the barista bar counter. The balloons there look great. Nice recolouring of them. The flags across the windows look great. Great patterning of them. Sims will enjoy eating chocolate from the chocolate fountain , having a snowcone or an ice cream. The gumball machine in the corner looks great. Great sweet themed pictures that you have placed on the walls.
    It is a very nice sweet shop!

    Boheme Art Studio is a very nice place for sims to enjoy visiting DolphineQ :) Great exterior of it! It looks great how you have used the items from the new boheme and prism studio sets through your build. The greenery on the exterior of the building looks nice. The gazebo area looks very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing on the chairs there. It looks nice how you have placed the flowers at the entrance to the gazebo, and the plants inside the gazebo look great. Great placement of the plants in the pots on top of the planters.The fountain looks nice there. Nice recolouring of the pouf chairs, Very nice furnishing of the interior of the building, The stained glass windows look pretty! Nice cafe area. Sims will enjoy having a drink or something to eat from the barista bar. The food picture on the cafe wall look great and suits the type of room. Nice type of dining seats and table that you have used. The paintings and pictures that you have placed on the walls through the build look nice and great placement of them. It looks great how you have set up the exhibition areas. Great creative areas! Sims will enjoy doing glass blowing, painting and sketching in the various areas using the drafting table, easel and glass blowing items. It looks great how you have used half walls to separate off the different sections. Great design of the build, that sims can both enjoy looking at artwork as well as enjoy creating their own forms of art. It is great that you have a shop area for sims to purchase art work items.
    It is a great art themed build! :)

    Step above Starter is a great home Maggie :) Great roof covered front entrance.The purple coloured plants either side of the front entrance looks nice. Nice furnishing of the interior. The shade of green that you have used for the downstairs walls looks nice. Great bar stool counter. The texture that you have used for the countertops looks great. Great type of ceiling lights that you have placed over the bar counter which suit the room. Nice windowed living room corner area, The black colour of the seating looks great with the green of the walls . It looks great that you have windows there for sims to enjoy the sunlight coming in whilst they are sitting there relaxing on the seats watching tv or reading a book from the bookshelf. Nice texture pattern on the floor mat there and on the front door mat. The plant in the corner is nice for sims to see whilst sitting there. The lamp on the side table next to the sofa is great for sims when sitting there reading at night. It looks great how you have done the tiling of the walls and floor in the bathrooms.The plant in the corner of the downstairs bathroom is a nice touch. Nice pattern and colour that you have used for the walls of the bedroom. Great placement of the windows either side of the bed. Sims will like seeing early morning light coming in through the windows . Nice pattern that you have used for the walls of the bedroom. Great placement of the windows either side of the bed. Little sims will enjoy being in their cot and looking up at the hanging mobile in their nursery. The teddy on the floor there looks cute! Great fenced in outdoors patio area, Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants there to use in cooking. It is nice that sims can take their meals outside and enjoy sitting at the table eating food in the outdoors air.

    Oh don't say that! You have to start somewhere :) Look at the other homes and learn from them! Keep trying and you will keep improving!

    I love all the tiny lots! I know I will be snagging quite a few of these and have been rec'ing like crazy! I'm especially excited about having tiny community lots! If I find time *eeek* I might try to build a tiny lot... I had never though to build a tiny community lot and now I'm all excited!

    i was half joking but im not a builder by nature and it shows . If i didnt think i had even the slightest chance i wouldnt enter at all . Really its less about winning and more about fun for me though .

    Oh Oh Oh!! I just can't get this build out of my head. So I MADE time to start. :D lol

    Here's a little peek, working on my shell, so of course this image is subject to change... It's a community lot, but beyond that my lips are sealed until I'm done! Just getting excited. :lol:
