The Island thats coverd in fog ?

How do you get on the Island coverd in fog? When i move my pointer over the Island my sims thought bubble says, (I wonder whats down there?) But it wont let my sim on the Island, when i try it says (no interactions available) so does anyone know anything about this Island and has anyone went to the Island yet? Is there something special you have to do before it will let you on the Island? sorry this was so long, i just bought IP. Thanks for all replys and Happy Simin
