Sims 4 and Windows 8.1

Hi!
I have been searching to find an answer to my question of whether or not I can run The Sims 4 seamlessly on Windows 8.1. Has anyone had experiences with this? Does it run without having to fix bugs or crashes? Any experiences good or bad would be very appreciated! Thank you!

I am pretty sure no one has experiences with this as of yet since it has yet to come out. They have not put out the specs needed for it as of this point I am sure they will before it comes out probably summer time

As PP said, we have no official specs yet but I cannot imagine that Sims 4 wouldn't be compatible with Windows 8.1.

Being as Windows 8 is the newest OS for PC...I can almost guarantee it will work fine. TS3 does.

Skye, might wanna take your question with more details, mind you...to the technical forums. People have helped me an innumerable amount of times on there. Provide your comp specs for them too.

The Sims 3 with most EP works perfectly fine on my windows 8. I'm sure there will be no problems with Sims 4 running on it as well..although "things change"

My Sims 3 runs without any problems on my desktop computer and I have Windows 8.1

I'm sure Sims 4 will run on 8.1 as well.

Microsoft writes their Operating Systems in both 32bit & 64bit.
Sims 4 will be 32bit so you shouldn't have a problem running it
    on a windows operating system.
However, Apple might be a different story, that's probably why
the game will be released for PC only at first.
Apply developed their own programming language or so I heard for their OS & their devices.
