Heads up to those playing in Roaring Heights

This is not a rant, by any means. Rather, it's a promo.

I judged a casino contest a while back and two of the venues seem to fit roaring Heights. I absolutely love both of these.

The first is the Prosperity Lounge and Casino by Joolster. Pics can be found HERE

The second is the Golden Plumbob by BakingNerd. Pics can be found HERE

As an aside, it has been brought to my attention by Stickykisses (in another thread) that there is a third venue warranting a mention. That lot is a performance venue by HollownessDevour. If you're not familiar with Hollowness, she is very into Steampunk/Goth yet, instead of dark and dreary, she breathes life into her creations.

Here's HollownessDevour's Rapture Theatre and Lounge

Please be sure to leave recs if you decide to download any of these dazzling creations.

Like both of those -- nice thing is they're smaller venues so I don't have to use a giant lot, and it's easier to keep track of my Sims.

You are all welcome. I play with both lots, as well as others from that contest, but these are among my top 5 favs for casinos. I thought they'd be perfect for Roaring Heights.

Thank you for the links. Somehow I had missed the one by BN, but I've had Jools' lot in my game for sometime. I've been using it for background of all my 1920s inspired screenshots, including my current avi

    You're quite welcome.

Isn't Jool's lot divine? She did a great job making it a period lot .... right down to the old car in the parking lot.

Hush, Em. I'm going to do a contest giving it away so that I can do a contest featuring it. Be patient, little one. This is right up your alley because you like to make sims. This time, though, I want you to do the entire contest.

( I still owe you feedback on Byrony, your avi).

I also have a lot that should fit well with the new world. It is my film studio that I made for Aurora Skies. It has underground vip area's, dressing rooms, gym, casino and stuff all done in the art deco style. It is in my studio already but I am going to go in game and get some shots of it to share in my sharing thread. I'm so excited for this world...one week to go!
