Never had a PS2, neither a GameCube, so I could never play this game sadly. I remember wanting it really badly after seeing a trailer, though. :P
Anyway, this project looks amazing! I'm a sucker for big cities, especially when they look dirty and shabby, so this is like perfect. I can't wait to get all those lots in my game!

And despite my lack of stable internet untill the 25th, I managed to upload a screenie of themysticalpoet's Jayde workin' it on the Diamond Heights runway I changed her Formal to a dress similiar to the Comix.
Haha, if you want, go on ahead! There are more pages to it but I can't find either of the Comix Each district has been drawn by another artist and I can only find one-two page of each.
Also, can you show progress on your project?
