This contemporary coastal home was inspired by Wave House in Welfeet, MA. It is shown here at 25 Briny's Deep, Barnacle Bay. The house features a unique roof design, achieved without CC, and boasts elegant yet contemporary interiors. There is a pool and pool bar for hot summer days, and picnic area for casual lunches, and a stylish loggia that connects the front and back parts of the build.
Inside the main building, you'll find two double bedrooms, two sitting rooms, an office, a gym, and two bathrooms. The building at the back of the lot accommodates the kitchen and formal dining room, and upstairs two small teen bedrooms (1 single, 1 with bunk beds) connected by a cheerfully decorated recreation room.
Please note that due to the unique structure of this house, in the upper levels walls can be deleted but cannot be added, unless you want to redo the roof. Built at 101 Surf Circle (Hobart's Hideaway Resort) in Isla Paradiso.

A historic church with malouseum and graveyard. Inside the chapel there are provisions for a wedding ceremony with a curtained arch way where the couple can tie the knot. In the tower each floor has areas for the celebrations after the ceremony including a buffet and dining facilities and an a bar and dancing area alongside the stereotypical cheesy DJ. Playtested to the best of my ability.
I apologize for not having any images for you to look at but I wanted to share with you my newest creation, The Awesome Cottage. It's a modest home based loosely on an off campus house from The Sims 2 University. It has enough rooms to house a medium sized family with a pool and hot tub area in the back as well as a tree house for the kids.
Meet Mango Wood, Once a stray with no warm home to go to or most importantly a loving family to love him, i noticed he has a stubbed tail something must of gone wrong with his last family.
Mango was not easy to to get to at first, he was ever so shy and was scared if you came near him, But Mya Wood (Not yet for download) came along and brought this little fella home with her giving him a warm loving spot as what he deserves. Mya being new to pet rescuing, Mango was a handful.
Mango had fleas but boy he didn't like baths one bit!! ended up with a few nice scratches, but didn't want to force him into the bath so we tried in time to get him use to this kind of thing, for all we knew it was new to him.
We had a few attempt that turned out like that, but in the end i was so sure he would learn, and in time he did, he loves his baths, but on his bad days he will turn his nose up at the thought LOL.
He loves the bath so much, i found him playing in the tub, i was looking everywhere for him one day, i thought he went round the neighbors but nope, i was on my way to have a bath and found him there playing :O)
Mango was not one for people at all, though he was use to me, he was not sure on other people, which was sad since he had so much love to give, but one day a friend pop over and Mango went up to sniff them, stepped back and watched him move around etc and the next thing he was sat on his lap, i was so gob smacked it brought a tear to my eye.
Oh Mango has a dirty habit i just couldn't get him out of.....he likes to clean him self on counters and tables!! Oh my god it was embarrassing when you have visitors around, good job all my friends are animal lovers and love Mango.
While i was out at work, Mango would keep him self busy, not by playing with toys, i noticed they was in same place as when i left, but found out he loves watching TV so now when i am out i leave it on for him, i dont think he knows how to change channels yet lol
On his first few nights at home, he didn't settle, which is normal for any pet in a new place, he would eventually fall asleep at the end of my bed, i didn't mind, as he is such a lovely warm cat but now he falls asleep anywhere! he is great little sleeper.
He loves his toys and could play all day (when he isn't watching TV) even passers by stop to have a game of catch from time to time, its mental, but met alot of great people that way.
Most people are worried that cats will destroy their furniture, but if he has his beloved scratching post he wont at all touch the furniture, and in fact even without it he still wouldn't touch your furniture he is great for a starter pet.
Mango has a strange secret love!! nope not another cat but HAY!! i put it out for the wild horses to have somewhere to come eat so that they don't go hungry, but found this little rascal on more than one occasion rolling in the hay, OH he is a funny little thing, i bring some in at times for him to have a roll around if its raining out.
Oh i collect bugs on the odd occasion to, and unlike most pets they like to chase them or some eat them, well Mango will sit there for hours watching them, its great to have such a wonderful caring cat, he is even great with birds, he don't batter an eye.
Mango was Love at first sight!! He was my first rescue pet, and i formed such a strong bound with him that it was so hard to put him up for adoption, if you haven't fallen in love with him then you must have something wrong with you, this guy is everything and more that you want in a cat. Please give Mango the home he deserves.

This lot has a small roller coaster and the carousel plus many other activities for your Sims to enjoy.
I built it on the existing lot at Palm Beach, Pirate Island, Isla Paradiso.
It is on a sloping lot and you may have problems placing it elsewhere. However there is a good tutorial here that will help you fix the levels if you want to put it on a different lot and do experience difficulties.
There is a Seasonal Lot marker on this lot and 5 items change with the seasons. The rest of it is common.

Summer Time
I had a bit of fun here - I added a fog emitter so there would be yellow ducks bobbing about in the fountain. It is the only fog emitter I used on this lot.
The figures on top of the gate
The gate with the two towers from the boardwalk venue wouldn't fit on this lot with the roller coaster, so I build my own gate and the advantage of that is I was able to add a small room with a keg in the bridge section.
There is also an 'All in One Bathroom' on a level in each tower. The Sims get up and down using ladders. No room for stairs in there.
There is a barrier to entry gate at the entrance to the towers. The ticket machine is on the ground floor of the tall building with the showtime stage and roller coaster entrance. I haven't set the gate up so you will need to make it behave however you like.
Random townies seem to like using this 'Plasma Punch Gyrosocpic Conductor'
These are two of my Sims. They are the parents of the children I have in this game. For some reason she keeps autonomously lining up here to play this game and he keeps autonomously going into the magic tent.

Here is an overview of the layout of the venue.
In Summer there is a roller skating rink
In Autumn it is replaced by the Haunted House and some pumpkins your Sim can pick
In Winter it is an ice skating rink
In Spring the Spring Dance Floor occupies this space
Other seasonal changes are the food concession stands rotate for each season as does the photo booth.
The water slide and outdoor shower vanish in winter.
I do want to add that I do take requests for home replifications from the Sims 2 games. I have all of the Sims 2 and I'll even try and replicate homes from the Sims Stories games as well.
Grand Victorian Mansion, incl. lare basement area with Potion Vaults, Grand Supernatural underground Hall and ofcourse the vampires resting vaults.
Large Living/ Hall with double fireplaces and lots of bookshelves. 2 grand bedrooms (green and Purple) and a large "nursery to be" or hobby-room. all, ofcourse, with their induvidual bathrooms.

Got some great victorian builds and rebuilds for you to play with. all without any CC, just a lot of gothic and victorian store stuff.
i created them in Sunsetvalley (because of better lighting), but they are used by me in Midnighthollow.
i espacially love the townhouses...
but the recreation of the Alto's, Landgraab's and Goth's masions are also great!They now have got all the specific items wich are great to play with in MH.
if you would like a more modern house, this last one will suit your needs. especially if your sim is a writer. i turned the official sunsetvalley "augustmoon"or lady Crumplebottom house into a stylish mansion. great to play her character or another sim-writer.
Old college friends Cid, Samantha and Sofia were delighted when they heard that Cid and Samantha's daughter Danette and Sofia's son Roger had fallen in love. With the recent death of Sofia's husband, it was decided that she would move in to the household at the same time as her son. But how will Sofia and Roger adjust to living with a family of werewolves?

Everyone was surprised when fun-loving, absent-minded Sofia with her artistic sensibilities and weird phobia of water announced she wanted to become a doctor, especially since she'd already abandoned careers in culinary arts, music, and film, but no one can deny how well she's done.
Sofia holds two degrees, in Fine Arts and Science & Medicine. The second gave her a boost in her career, but it was during the first that she met her best friends Cid and Samantha. After graduation, they went on holiday together to Sunlit Tides, and Sofia now bears a large tattoo on her back in memory of their time there. The name of this home might sound a bit frightening,
but once you get a closer look you will soon realise it
is anything but frightening! This stylish home is very suitable
for bachelors or why not a young couple! Contains one CC object
by a creator called Luna. Play tested and upgraded appliances! Enjoy ^__^
I thought that it was so cute that I wanted to re-create it, but make it livable. I created it a little larger, and of course got carried away! It is 1 bedroom/1 bathroom home. It has a large eat-in kitchen with a fireplace in the family room. There are lots of outdoor areas for relaxing, entertaining, or having fun. I did use the FOY in the back, so the price is steep, but you could remove it to bring the price down. It just fit really well in that corner! My test sim did lots of upgrades and took lots of photos to use as wall art. It was created using only EA content and patterns on a 30 X 30 lot.
My other lot is Wonderland Amusement Park. It has 2 rollercoasters, carousel and shotme performance stage. Sims can bowl, go roller skating, play arcade games, go on a HAB ride, or visit the haunted house. There is also a playground for children with swings, slide,sandbox, springriders etc. It was created using only EA content and patterns on a 64 X64 lot
Despite its clean modernist lines, this home is weather-beaten, salt-stained, and inspired by maritime exploration. To suit the owners' tastes, it has been decorated predominantly in rich burgundy and dramatic black. The eclectic master bedroom overlooks a four-story great room with with-to-ceiling windows, affording stunning views. The house also features a guest bedroom, open plan dining and study areas, and two patios (one for entertaining and one for martial arts equipment).

i espacially love the townhouses...

Roger's mum Sofia was born in the future world of Lunar Lakes, but made good friends with a time travelling visitor and decided to journey back to the present day with her. There Sofia has remained, making more friends, marrying, raising a son, and eventually rising to the top of the medical career to become a world renowned surgeon. Everyone was surprised when fun-loving, absent-minded Sofia with her artistic sensibilities and weird phobia of water announced she wanted to become a doctor, especially since she'd already abandoned careers in culinary arts, music, and film, but no one can deny how well she's done.
Sofia holds two degrees, in Fine Arts and Science & Medicine. The second gave her a boost in her career, but it was during the first that she met her best friends Cid and Samantha. After graduation, they went on holiday together to Sunlit Tides, and Sofia now bears a large tattoo on her back in memory of their time there. The friends are still close, and Sofia is delighted that her son Roger and Cid & Samantha’s daughter Danette have decided to get married. When Sofia’s husband passed away, Samantha suggested they all live together, at least until Sofia figures out what she wants to do next.

My other lot is Wonderland Amusement Park. It has 2 rollercoasters, carousel and shotme performance stage. Sims can bowl, go roller skating, play arcade games, go on a HAB ride, or visit the haunted house. There is also a playground for children with swings, slide,sandbox, springriders etc. It was created using only EA content and patterns on a 64 X64 lot
