How do you get to place plants on a community lot?
You don't start it as a community lot... I had to grow those using my "House Keeper"s I have in my studio until they all hit perfect... THEN turn it into a community lot after kicking the "House Keeper"s out and deleting their home... then I designed the park and placed the plants in their designated areas. Growing the plants wasn't really the difficult part... but planning out how to make an extremely nice park AND garden AND pool... was...

Kudos to you for putting in this much time and attention to detail to a truly beautiful venue!! I love the layout and the garden will have my green thumb sims in a fetal position of joy.
