64x64 Mall, no cc, no spawners and little to no store?

I'm having a hard time finding a mall to fit in my Hidden Springs map for my family sim. I downloaded a few via search from the exchange but they were making my game lag and the spawners were growing in numbers, not fun Can anyone recommend any that they created that are cc free, no spawners and little to no store items? I would build it myself, but I'm taking a break from build mode and enjoying the drama brewing within my family sim hehe

The Simmers who created them have posted them this year here in Creative Corner. They do contain store items and they are not the same size that you were looking for but perhaps you may like to have a look at them.
