    So we all know the mighty Empress Envira_X! And if not don’t leave, you will love her!
    She is known for spreading love, hugs and pain! Yes I said pain, by pain I mean pain for our dear wishlists!
    I have been hit multiple times by dear Envi (who I call Engel Envi, Dutch for Angel Envi) and so has my dear friend Jenn (better known as Becomingjenn). And we all know that we can’t gift her back since she is one of those people who doesn’t have a wishlist, so that’s why we have decided to host a contest to honor Envira!
    Envira is spending lots of time to creating sims for others so that’s why we wanted to do things differently and help Envira clothe her sims (and sim gifts).

    The idea of this contest is to help Envira with recolors for her sims or sim-gifts made of excisting EA (absolutely no CC!!!) clothes. These can be male or female and any style you’d like (Everyday, formal etc.) but need to be an entire outfit to dress a sim. You can make separate clothes like tops and bottoms, but make a picture of the entire outfit and then post your links to the different parts of your creation.
    To help out Envi even more we are also adding a patterns section. Be creative with CAP, make some patterns for Envi to use in her recolors!
    And don’t forget to mention why Envi is special to you and why you love her so much!

    Prizes
    Prizes are the same for both categories:
    1st: 1,000 sp
    2nd: 600 sp
    3rd: 300 sp
    4th: 175 sp
    5th: 100 sp
    6th: 75 sp

    Total (including both categories): 4,500 sp

    Rules, very important please read them all carefully.
    1.Be nice and lovely around this thread please!
    2.You may enter up to 3 times in each category, but only win once per category. (example: enter 3 dresses and 2 patterns, you can place once for each category)
    3.Post a picture of the entire outfit, max of 2 pictures per entry (one entry is one outfit or one pattern). If you’re entering the pattern category consider adding a picture of the pattern used on something as well as a picture of the pattern separately.
    4.Use the entry form for each entry!!! So 2 patterns or outfits means 2 entry forms!
    5.Please don’t edit your post to add more entries but make a new one, we don’t want to miss anyone’s entry.
    6.Follow the rules, if not following the rules than we will not accept your entry. We will ask you to edit your entry before disqualifying your entry.
    7.Nominations are allowed please state your nomination with your entry (see entry form, different nominees allowed for different entries).
    8.People may be entered up to 6 times, so if you’re creating 3 outfits and 3 patterns you can nominate yourself six times if you want to.
    9.Make sure you or your nominee has items on their wishlist corresponding with the prizes. When someone doesn’t have the right prized items on their wishlist than they will pass on to the next in line! It’s fine if you or your nominee does have items prized for 100 sp but not anything lower, they will not be eligible to place for the lower prizes.
    10.Prizes will be awarded in items of your or your nominees wishlist.
    11.NO CC! Also when you're making a recolor only use EA patterns or patterns (CAP) made by yourself. If using a CAP pattern made by yourself, please provide a link to the pattern as well.
    12.Please enter new creations only!
    13.Clothes of any EP, SP or store clothes are allowed.
    14. Please don't use merged images or collages when this will exceed the max number of pictures.
    15.Envira will decide the winners by picking her favorites!

      So judging is done! Envira made the difficult choices! She had some ties but these were between the outfits of the same creator which had the same winner (nominee) as result. Do know that Envira really wanted to pick every single one of you as a winner!

      Okido is going to be super busy with work and she asked me to help a wee bit, so I'm trying to do my part and keep this organized. I hope to keep up the list a wee bit so it is easier for Okdio and for others to gift. It seems right now we are waiting for some of the winners/nominees to make their decisions on what to do with the SP's.

      Envi is cool. She's gifted me before and I so appreciate it, plus she's just generally sweet to everyone on the forum. I would love to do some recolors. Are there specific kinds of sims she likes to make? Color preferences? Styles (modern, fantasy, historical, etc)?

      I have no CAP experience (also i cant draw straight at all lol) and im not particularly skilled at re-colours, but i did want to pop in to say yaaaaaaaaaay envi! :D

      I think it's best to stick to your own patterns/recolors of EA patterns. As I don't want to get other simmers mad because of using a re-uploaded pattern in a creation.

      :D This is a two channel fully recolorable pattern. It makes nice arm band or chest stripes on clothing recolors.
