I have problem with authorization University limited edition. I bought it in shop and I have cd, but I always download the game from Origin to play without disc. So I did it yesterday and Origin take my serial code without any problems. I downloaded and installed the game. But when I wanted to play the game asked for code once more and my code was rejected. I cannot play.
First of all I have to excuse myself for my bad english because it's not my native language.

I've pre-orderd the University Life Limited Edition via Origin and at the date of release EA didn't send me the digital rights / registration codes for the "Pack de Fiesta" which includes several party clothes and the Statue "Partaeus Maximus".
I sent an email to the support and immediately got a response that someone would contact me soon, but until Thuesday this week I didn't receive any response. So I tried to called them and after one hour with the sentence "Please hold the Line....." I reached the stuff. The employee told me that he can not find "my" registration code, too. He told me that he would forward the process to a different agency who could help me. The staff promised a speedy resolution but until Wednesday evening nothing happend!
Then I sent a new email, it has not been answered as before.
I posted my case in the German forum but even there I have received no help. I would be very grateful for your help, because I do not know what more I can do and and I'm really disappointed.
In a hurry again -- wonder why??? -- but wanted to share this, since SimGuroRusskii has been so sweet... After I had carefully explained to the mail carriers on Tuesday that this package was heroin and I was a junkie -- they were totally on-board with shipping heroin through the mail -- seems like they put a little more effort into finding the package. YAY!! Please pardon the fuzzy graphic, my paint program can't deal with the game running in the background!
Hi, I have tried this but the University icon will not appear. I bought a physical copy and registered it on origin as well as the limited edition content. Neither the icon or the limited edition content appear here on my My Page or purchase history. I have tried putting in the codes on here but it says they have been already used.
that is why I mention that if it doesn't come, don't panic. You are register and get your other items.
We are currently investigating why the communication between origin and our site is not getting synced.

So it is March 16th (ha ha, barely) and I still haven't gotten my e-mails with my pre-order through Origin and Limited Edition content codes. Why? I called and talked about it the day University Life came out and it has been 10 days now. Surely this will be worked out, because I pre-ordered in January or February. It is bad enough that my computer is being laggy (I think I need to update it for University Life) but it's worse that I haven't received the content that I was promised. I would have driven to Walmart at midnight if I didn't want the content, and there would have been a LOT less hassle. I'm just super confused.
I preordered a physical copy of Uni Life LE via Origin, and while I got the code for the school spirit pack, it's been 10 days and I haven't gotten any email saying the order was shipped, nor does the order number appear in my Origin account history (though I can't remember for 100% certain if I was logged into Origin at the time - I seem to recall having to enter my shipping address manually, so I might not have been). Is there any chance you could try and figure out what's going on?
yea I used it to regester the game. But then the screen popped up to download the content but my game wasn't installed yet so I didn't want to download right then and now I lost the content.

There is a problem that i see with that.
so a 16 digit code, cannot be used to register a game for registering the game you need a 20 digit code you find on the legal pamphlet of the physical box or by email it is said to be the "serial key".
For the Spirit pack it is a 16 digit code printed on another leaflet or given in a separate email saying it is for the spirit pack.
So if you consumed this code in origin, like this thread says, it won't work and that may be why it is not on ts3.com
Let me know if I'm understanding this wrong.

Well if you don't go automatically deleting spam emails and such from your Email. You may need to go through ur spam and see if the emails went there. Hopefully your email account isn't set up to auto trash some emails like some I think do. Maybe ask for the emails to get resent. That or the content could already be somewhere in ur account ready to be downloaded to the game.

I checked through all folders within my email, yes including spam, on the same day the game was released. Nothing there. I also checked back in them every few days, just in case anything appeared, but no... nothing there.
I also want to know how to get the additional content. I'm not having troubles registering my game but I want the additional content for University Life and I have no idea how to get it.

Is there any way to get the icons to appear on our profile page for those of us who purchased the old version of Barnacle Bay when it was first released and/or Monte Vista via a physical disc from a retailer?
I have both of these worlds in my purchase history, but neither of the icons show as owned on my profile page. I'm guessing it's because the Barnacle Bay that I have is an older version than what is available in the store currently, and I purchased a physical copy of Monte Vista instead of downloading directly.
It's not a huge deal, but it is annoying seeing as how I do own them and shouldn't be overlooked just because I bought a world early or from a store.
Edit: Never mind, just read your my page thread and saw that this problem has been addressed and is being worked on. Thanks!
