Both of your builds are so lovely ! :) L'Oliva has such a nice design and those windows and the balcony make it look like such a welcoming home to the Sims who live there and to visitors! Very nice shades of olours that you have used. Such a very nice photo shot of the lighthouse in the distance.
Seaglass is a very lovely build! :) The shades of colours and patterns that you have used are very nice and just look so very lighthouse-y and suits the build really well. Great design of the whole building! It looks very nice and i like the sunlight coming in feel to it. Very nice balconies. Your furnishings are done so well!
Thankyou for sharing your very great building skills with us by uploading and sharing your builds with us. :)

Yanti! How are you m'dear? ^,^

I love your first house :) It's so cosy and reminds me of Europe :) My favourite area has to be the living space ;)

However, Seaglass so just in another level! It has the typical 'Yanti' style, and is such a wonderful family home. :) I really love the colours you used (esp. the blues) and the architecture overall.

    Rec'd both :)

Oh yanti, I love L'Olivo! Bellissimo :D I guess you don't really need it but good luck in the contest ^__^

The lighthouse looks beautiful as well. It looks perfect for Sunlit Tides and I love the fresh light colors throughout the entire build! What have we done in order to deserve such fabulous yanti-builds? :] Rec'd and downloaded :D

Edit: Added both of them to my favs as well ;)

Oh Yanti! L' Olivo is wonderful! Is it for a contest? I think it would be sure to win it if it was! I don't really have much else to say, as I've never really been too fond of that style. It is definitely a REALLY nice home! And Seaglass Point is really my cup of tea! I ABSOLUTELY am DYING over it! :XD: I really need to get that in my game soon or my head is going to explode! FANTASTIC job on both Yanti! Already rec'd both of them!

Great houses Yanti! You're obviously a fan of Mediterranean, beachy style homes, which are some of my favorite as well :-) Love the first one even though its incredibly small which you did a great job at making it feel roomy, and the second one is awesome as well. There's only a few things I would personally change in the second, like the brightness of a few of the rooms and a some of the modern furniture but that's just me :P Great job on the builds!

Hi Wibble! I am good! Impatiently waiting for Uni to come out! I pre-ordered the limited edition. Can't wait to play! How about you? :D

Thanks for the wonderful comments. I am thrilled that you liked my builds. :D Specially Seaglass. It is nice to know that you liked the colours because I have changed them at least 10 times. I tire myself out sometimes with my indecision! Thanks so much for recommending. I appreciate it! :D
