    "Buy Simpoints" Not Working?

    Hi there!

    I would like to buy some simpoints (specifically the 35$ Monte Vista bundle) but it keeps directing me to the page where is says "Be Right Back!". Its been doing this for a while. Whats up with this?

      Make sure the following is up to date:
      Your game
      Origin
      Adobe flash player
      Java

      all are needed for that to work right. Also make sure you have the right java for the browser you use.

      Other things you can try if all the above fail -

      try a different browser.
      Clean your INTERNET cache
      sign in as administrator in your pc
