I just spent a night figuring out a solution I can live with, as substitute for a hot tub area.
$5,000 more! That would have helped, but where would the fun go of staying up an entire night trying to tweak the build until it fits the requirements!
I'm almost done - it was a hard piece of work!
I also found time to look at the amazing entries for the 'craftsmen' challenge and dropped my rec's. Good work everyone!

You do not have to have the lot uploaded, the judges just use the lot as a backup in case their is a problem with the media. :-)

The choice of woods around the house and the stone on the posts are all to blend with sunset valley, yet allow a more modern look. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, gym, study and pool.

There is plenty of room to decorate further which the family will be able to do once they settle in more comfortably into their new life in Sunset Valley.

try getting a notebook JUST for the sims challenges. write down any info you need to know for the game on one 1/2 of the page, then what you need to put on the form on the other 1/2. it really helps me when i do this, instead of minimizing the game (if you dont know, for full screen mode press the start-menu key on your keybored to minimize the game) then reopening it 50 times.

There is no wrong way BUT try decorating your house with paintings and plants etc. That is usually what burns up most of my budget lol. Also Landscaping outside too.
