Thanks, @Hsmith2016! It really is hard to gift folks if they have no wishlist and aren't listed on page 1. I even tried going to my wishlist (empty) and replacing my name, which usually works, but didn't with @LynzSimmer.

Hmmm when I look for the lucky palms casino in my purchase history it dont come up, so maybe try going to the page OF the item if you havnt already?
@Loveandhate, the same thing happened to me with those outfits. I can't remember if I ended up getting them from the store or not, though. I don't know if they are the same outfits or slightly different than the ones that came with the free download. And wow!! You are that close to owning the store?!?! That's so very exciting!

@Loveandhate, I totally understand that! There are so many things from the store that I don't have yet, but I just don't know if (or when) I would ever use them, so I wonder if I should put them on my wishlist or not so I can truly one day "own the store". But you never know if you will use something or come across something that you just need to make your house/sim/whatever right, so I most likely will try to completely own the store someday.
And thanks to @Okblondee7's fabulous gift of the Business as Usual Bistro, I will now be able to finally re-do Hogan's Deep Fried Diner in my game so it's not a rabbit hole and I will actually get to follow them into a restaurant when they eat! I needed the industrial oven and the only way you can get it is to have that set. Hahahaha!! So thank you so much!

Well @HSmith2016, now that you got me thinking, I did some research for the Best of 2012 collection I have 45%, January 2013 Comp I have 32%, May 2011 Comp I have 29%, and for the June 2011 comp I have 61%
I'm going to add some items from the June 2011, and hopefully I can own that by tonight?
@Loveandhate, I go through the different sets every once in a while to see how close I am to getting them, and I put different items in my wishlist so that I can get them down to a reasonable price. Sometimes when I do that, I find a set that I totally missed somehow that I would have never found otherwise. Sometimes clicking on an item from the MMAO helps with that, too. Even if I can't afford the MMAO total price, at least I have a new set to work on.
Someone taught me a point with simpoints...keep 2 tabs going on it or more and that means you earn like double.

You have to watch the ads on all the tabs, but you can turn your sound off so you don't have to listen to it, and you'll get 15 SP at a time. When you get a good string of ads, you can earn a whole lot of SP just by doing this. I can't have more than 3 tabs going at a time though, or my poor laptop starts acting up and freezing. Some people open 6 or more and farm ads that way! Wish I could do that, too. LOL

Hi everyone! I am back from my trip to FL. I have like 3200 notifications. lol. Thank you to @ApparentlyAwesome@tac612 and @charlotteprice who sent gifts while I was gone. The baby wouldn't sleep there, so we got very little rest. I got old, my baby got older, and I lost a good friend over the course of the week.
I managed to keep up with my DD for the most part, but my points took a really took a hit! I got the bakery, Make a Wish (finally!), a few other sets, and a bunch of individual items. I had banked a lot of points in preparation, but now need to watch some ads. I also am about 85% to owning the store.
I'll edit my WL, looking ahead to Ragtime and the Mill.
