In life there are many people who will touch your life. Many will come, many will go, but some... some are special. From the moment you meet them you feel like you could share anything in confidence, and they touch your heart in a way that only they could. There are some that you cry for, even cry with. Those that make you laugh, and laugh with you but not at you. Anette, I think you fall into that special category. You're such a good person with a kind and generous heart. Not lurking. Multi-tasking on a few important projects. I agree and feel the same about you two. Sometimes we connect with people immediately and the intimacy we achieve runs deep and we are close because we have learned to see people with our hearts and our minds and not just our eyes. We may have only a brief encounter, such as being stranded in an airplane terminal for 12 hours together. We'll go our separate ways, never to see each other or write but there will always be this very special and tender memory of that shared moment.
This leads me to why I try hard to love especially well my family and my friends because we never know where tomorrow might take one of us and I like to live with few regrets.
Anette, your topic is a whole different subject I would address in another post. I have a poem that says what I would like to say and I will try and find it.
I'm still amaized how you has found a way to my heart, I find I trust you and cherries you more than any friend in real life.
You bring a light into my life, and a small hope that I can trust again, and let people into my life.
This goes for so many of you simmers on here, you all might be the thing I need to reclaim my life, and start to be sozial in my life.

You are a lovely person and I cherish your friendship as well. You are a very special person and there is not a single person just like you in the world. You are completely unique.
Winters may be bleak and cold, storms hit and may bring on all kinds of personal misery but spring always follows winter, no matter what. Even birds may have to hide out during the storms but they never quit singing.
People will do things to hurt you and use you, take advantage of you and kick you when you're down. But people will also do things to help you and help you heal, to comfort you, to offer a shoulder to cry on, to wipe some tears away and make you smile. They will fix you a cup of tea and listen to you talk for hours, when you need to. You don't even have to make sense but if your friend loves you, they will listen to your heart and make sense of what you say because they will take the time to understand.
One thing I know is that if you know anyone long enough, at one time or another they will eventually disappoint you somehow. We are not perfect in ourselves and all we can do is the best we can. Some people try harder and do better because they care more.
A really great life will be lived through many very painful situations but we take what we can learn from all of that human failure and we grow and we learn to be better at just simple things, like being kind. Honestly, life is just too short and too precious to spend it being thoughtless.
You are one of the kindest and thoughtful persons I know. I treasure you dearly!
I come home after a hard day, learning that I didn't get the internship I wanted as part of the testing of my ability to have a normal job. Time is going and I want to move on.
Then i open my email to find 6 new mails :shock: 1 friend request and 5 gifts.
That warms my heart, now the weekend is already much better.
