      Hi Smoky! Another gorgeous build! What a beautiful blue colour! Love that shade! Lovely architecture and the interiors are really pretty too! Specially love the living room with the persian carpet, the bathroom and the double bedroom! Also, the outside shower is really cute! Good job Smoky! Left a recommendation for your lot! :thumbup:

      Hi Yanti, thanks for the rec! Whenever I have been to the beach, I like to shower off the sand and salt before I go in the house... the kids always liked that shower best too - they liked showering with their bathers on!

      Oh that salty sun stretched feeling after a day on the beach - sigh.

      I love the exteriors a lot. I really like that look for a beach house. The outdoor shower is so cute. Reced!
