@Epierc32 - Most of Shimrod's mods are hosted at The Naughty Sims Asylum. Free registration is required to see anything other than the Guest pages there, so its vast amount of content tends to not be indexed by search engines. Once again we have to ask though, are you playing TS3 or TS4 (or both)? This section of the forum is about TS3.

Yup, the mod is there, from July 2012. The exact name is "Change Outfit No Effects".
