Missing Mods

For the past 3 days I've had a mod deleted whenever I restart the game. First time I thought I messed something up, second time I became suspicious, third time I know something is wrong.
The mod that is disappearing is littlemssam's auto employees. I've been using this mod since it was first created and it's one of the most important for my world. I have been downloading it from CurseForge so I guess I can try to get it from her site and try that.
Then I remembered hearing about some malware with mods and it worried me. Anyone hear or know anything like this? I'm pretty good with computers and haven't had anything like this happen before.
