My sim was out late at night swimming back from the island with the cave when she started getting cold and stopped mid swim. She jumped out of the water and stood on it and then changed to winter outfit followed by a dab LOL. She has the cringe trait

Haha, it's a good job you asked because when I went back in to take the screenshots for you I had forgotten to turn it into a rental and assign the sections. The four units all have the same 'fitments' - kitchens and bathrooms - as if they were all built that way and then personalised for the remainder of the furniture.

Thank you very much! The character was the very first I created in September 2014 (already with that colorful hairstyle ). She accompanied my gameplay for 9 years, so she saw everything: Vampires, Cats&Dogs, Mermaids, Spellcasters, Werewolves, Horses, you name it.

So I took the adorable climate family from seasons that I made over and dropped them in my other apartment building, you don't have to own it you can just move in if anyone was still wondering and didn't see an answer. it chose the landlord from another building for them. At first I realized nothing was happening because I put mold on the wrong unit so I added it, and just the average cleaning and such can keep it at bay, so I added I think it was filthy, grody, gnomes and I think something else whatever on top of it and eventually took away their toilet and shower to speed things up.
I didn't see for sure but I think their dog was rolling in it.
It may be hard to see there but it reacts real quick, just like real mold...ew but awesome, after this I took their extras away.
With it spreading so quickly I made sure to send their landlord away in case he immediately started working on it.
I really do love them they only got make overs cause I've used them so many times....why are simmers like this?

This is my second build with one final build to go. Tam Nang Sands 30 x 20 Lot with beachfront access. I uploaded it to the gallery in case anyone wants to download it.
4-unit multi-structure building. 2-units in the front and 2 units in the back.
@Hearts4u I really like your build, nice and cozy units.
I watched a youtuber and it seemed to go faster for them but it was like mid way through summer when I started you can get lucky I think with when the toxic mold shows up.
After a long battle it was time for them to say good bye to each other, I felt so bad, their kids are very close to them and they really wanted to come over and called almost every day for chatting but I was playing it as they were taken away when it was clear their parents would not survive and the lot couldn't be demolished with them inside.

Her husband lasted just an hour or so after her.
a slow way to suffer for sims you don't like which could be fun...I think lol.
I moved someone in just to get their headstones to pass to the kids and they were put to rest in the cemetery in Brindleton.

This is my final residential tenant build for the new world. Copied this residential build in the game on the 20 x 15 lot and made it into a duplex on the 20 x 20 lot.
Every area in this world is really breathtaking.

I haven't bought For Rent yet, but I'm making plans. I had a household living in a 2-unit lot in San Sequoia. I was pretending they lived separately in the two houses. Now that For Rent allows different households to share one lot, I thought I'd use these sims in a rental when I get the FR pack.
I also watched a video using canine versions of tigers in Tomarang. I wanted a tiger! ๐คฉ There are CAS limitations to the animal you can create, but I still thought a tiger would be fun. I modified the tiger's body, head, voice, ears and eyes just a little, but left his beautiful coat as is. I traded the Active trait for Independent. His other traits are Hunter and Aggressive.
It was "Night on the Town" day, so my sims took Tiger to Sulani. He had a great time exploring but didn't get along too well with the locals. ๐
Back home, Tiger was more domesticated than wild. ๐
My painter sim has 2apt rental business and she lives as tenant too. It has been interesting. I have enjoyed of the new food recipes, the kettle and the steam cooker are very good additions.
This is my first Tomarang lot - or more precisely, my first Tomarang rebuilt. In my universe the lounge "The Screaming Gecko" in the Koh Sahpa neighborhood of Tomarang turned into "The Roaring Tiger". That's a quite logical step because it's near the Sulea Tiger Sanctuary at the other bank of the river. I'm pretty sure, that you could also buy tickets and a lot of merch and souvenirs at this location.
My goal was to get more space (there are a lot of empty spots on the lot in the premade built), and using as much original items as possible while trying to keep the overall character of the premade lounge. I removed the whirlpool in the outer area and replaced it with a small stage for the evening performance. I also tried to add a lot of things (also tiger related), to give it a more cluttered look.
I hope you like the result as much as I do.

@Bonxie I love it, it is really nice the inside is so good but I especially like how it is on the outside.
So I already saw tenants can use the machines outside their homes but this is the first time I've seen multiple machines going, now for his current snacks stocked here this is too many machines but cool all the same.
I am sure someone mentioned it but I did not know I could also do good or be a problem from the tenant to tenant side as well.

So, I'm still making plans for tigers in Tomarang as soon as I get the pack. I touched up my "canine" tiger and then decided to add a feline tiger to the family. I'll pretend he's a cub or a new "mini" species. ๐

It comes with lots of color swatches as well. This ep is cool. It has a lot of good buy build items and it's setting the stage for hotels in a future pack.

Now I wonder if the offspring of two tigers would bring on the look of a tiger, or would it gradually revert to the original dog specie?
