Rate blocked on iPhone

Since the weekend I’ve been getting a message from Vanilla saying I’m being rate blocked. I don’t even have to post. For example, if I go home page>Creative Corner>Stories& Challenges and then into the thread I’m looking for without pausing for a few seconds after each step I get that message. It’s not happening on my computer, just my phone.

We've been seeing a lot of issues lately with the forum for some reason, we've got tickets open with our forum host to hopefully find the root cause.
