    The new EA App won't install and now I can't play The Sims 3

    Hi everyone, I'm trying to load The Sims 3 but EA wants to install the new App. But it keeps encountering an error and it won't finish installing. Every time I try to play it sends me back to the install page in Origin. The App installer can't seem to find a file it's looking for. The file is: Microsoft Visual C++ and the error message says: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavailable".

    Can someone help me figure this out please?
