The days sims live

Does anyone else feel that the numbers between 'normal' and 'long' is too much of a difference. I mean, normal lis too short and long is too long at some stages in their lives.

I have a teen and 3 kids. The story of their parents is not so interesting anymore, so i want to focus more on the kids, but the long life spawn was at 40 days or something for my teenage kid. When i changed it to normal is on 9 or 10 now. I would rather have it at 25.

Can i put it on long and then change it to normal after a week? Would she be having 3 days left or more then that? Anyone knows?

You can change it through: MCCC > MCCC Settings > Set Age Span Duration > Human or something like that :'D

I kinda wish we had the same system as in Sims 3 where there were sliders that we could use to determine how long each of the life stages last. This is why I use MC Command Center to change the lifespans

@FurSimsOriginal , I play on Long and just age up my Sims when I'm ready. I like the flexibility, for one. It is also another way to help a Sim get ahead, if you will. Enough time to hone those Values. I generally focus on certain Sims. Not all of them max out their toddler/child skills, just so you know. Mostly, I like to be able to space the children to my liking, especially when I create a 'whole' family in CAS. I've yet to have the age-set option in MCCC work for me. I must be doing something wrong, even though I exit the game and restart it, as per the 'instructions'. Hopefully someone who is far more experienced with this fantastic mod will clarify it for both of us.

Me, three! I had hope before TS4's release it would incorporate that, but, alas and alac, it wasn't to be. I'm happy I can age them up when I wish on Long.
