The Secret Garden is a very nice home! The wooden and stone texture of the exterior walls, and the slanted roofing looks very nice! The trees and flowers are nice pretty touches in the build. The curved roof security room entrance to the patio area looks great! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The brown and white colour scheme looks very nice. Very living and dining room area. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa in front of the fire watching tv. Very nice windows dining table nook for sims to enjoy eating meals with sunshine coming in onto them. They will enjoy playing the guitar. The orange and green crystals are a nice touch on the coffee table. Very nice design of the kitchen. The wall texture looks nice. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. The ceiling lights are pretty! Very nice master bedroom. The tree prints on the bedhead wall adds a nice look to the room, and starry lights edged mirror looks great in the room!
It is a very nice home for sims to enjoy living in
Secure Patio is very nice! I posted about it in the earlier post so I won’t post about the exterior or interior again. The design of the back patio is very nice. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, and enjoy dining outdoors in the outside air. The candles are a nice calming touch on top of the dining table.Very nice nook area for sims to enjoy using the bubbles machine. The bottles shelves look great on the wall. It is great that there a basketball court there.
It is a very nice home!
My newest uploads are the Crossroads Cemetery and Erisa Bonekeeper. They were both designed for the Build n Share 80 - Wishes of the Dead challenge.
Crossroads Cemetery is a super creepy cemetery with a crossroads for sims to come and make a contract with a crossroads demon (inspired by Supernatural) The house on the lot is a tree house inspired witch house. There is a mausoleum that counts as a bedroom as well. I made a few modifications from the challenge entry due to playtesting challenges - In the entry the only door on the first floor was to the mausoleum, so that was the only door the game would count as a front entry. In this modified version, I added a storeroom under the house that can be used as the main entry and it is less out of the way.
The design and layout of Crossroads Cemetry looks great! Very nice exterior design of the tree house themed witch house! The roofing looks great! The textures of the exterior and interior walls gives a great look to the home and suits the location. The bat on the pedestal looks great! Very nice exterior design and roofing of the mauseleum also! The statues are nice touches near the entrance and inside the building. The flowers and water fountain feature in the mauseleum gardens looks very pretty! The tombstones look nice around the edges of the fountain. The crossroads pathways layout looks great! The fairy statue is a nice touch in the build. It is great that there is a pool under the main part of the house. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the house! The design of the open plan kitchen and dining/study area looks very nice! The fireplace will keep the sims warm when dining or enjoying using the computer at the tablelThe different types of dining seating is a nice touch. The greenery looks nice on the overhanging pots and pans. The skeleton fish on the table looks great! Very nice living areas. Nice armchairs sitting nook for sims to rest and watch tv. They will enjoy painting on the easel in their home, or playing the pipe organ. The design of the bedroom looks very nice. The branches wall divider at the foot of the bed and the greenery on the bedhead wall looks very nice there. The candles are a nice touch on the bedside table. The clothes and shoes racks nook looks great! The furnishing of the spellcasting windows nook looks great! The brambles on the bathroom bath tub wall is a great touch and it looks great the type of bath tub used.
It is a creatively designed build! Erisa looks a scary vampire !
120 Westhampton Way is a large Hampton's style family house with 3 bedrooms, 1 nursery (currently with 2 toddler beds, but one could be swapped out with a crib) and 5 bathrooms. This build has been fully playtested.
The first floor has an attached garage that's been converted into a kid's playroom and storage area, a laundry room, the Master bedroom with en-suite, a large kitchen with an open pantry, a large living room, a dining room, and a covered terrace with bar and folding doors that lead to the large patio with campfire and infinity pool. The yard has monkey bars and a toddler slide.
The second floor has a loft gym area with game table, and a karaoke/music room. As well as two of the bedrooms, the nursery and two bathrooms.
The basement has a gathering space with bubble blower, a massage therapy room, sauna, bathroom and science lab.
There are items for at least two pets, and room for either cats or dogs (or both). The space was playtested with both a cat and a dog and the cat did not whine that it wasn't close enough to a litter box.
Coastal Cottage is a small beach style home on sort-of a budget (a lot less expensive than my past few uploads, but still pretty expensive for the size of the space).
Built on a 20x20 lot this cottage takes advantage of every available square inch of space. The large front porch has a bar and gathering area with hot tub. The first floor master has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.
Small, open concept living/dining leads to the laundry, main bathroom, and kitchen. The covered back porch has a grill and a chess table.
Second floor has a puppet theater, craft table and Foosball in the loft. The multi-purpose room has toys and skill items.
There are two kids bedrooms, each with one toddler bed and one kids bed. The toddler bed in the girl's room can be swapped for a regular size kids bed.
The exterior design of 120 Westhampton Bay is very nice! Very nice roofing, and the front and back porches are very nice! Very nice pool and hot tub patio! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Each of the rooms and areas looks very nice! The toddlers bedroom is great! It is nice that there is an area there for puppet theatre shows.
It is a very nice family home!
Coastal Cottage looks a very calming and restful home! The roofing and dormers look great! It looks nice the way that there are front steps leading up to the front entrance. Very nice furnishing of the interior. The open plan living and dining room is very nice for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the wicker seats, watching tv or reading a book and having a drink from the globe bar . It looks nice the way the bookcases have been placed to create the tv nook. The yellow colour of the wicker dining seats is a nice touch of sunshine. The costal wall shelves cabinet in the corner and the ships wheel on the wall are nice touches there. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms. The wreath looks homely on the master bedroom bedhead wall. The green and lavender patterned wallpaper in the girls bedroom looks very pretty. The large dog is cute! It is great that there is a science table in the boys bedroom for kids to enjoy using.
It is a very nice coastal cottage home !
Ranch style family home with 3 bedrooms; including Master with en-suite, shared child/toddler room and teen room in the basement. Eclectic style decor and as many skill items as I could fit on the lot Pet items are set up for a dog, but I left place to add a litter box if you prefer cats. The planter boxes in the backyard have basic fruits and veggies ready for your sim to plant - I figured why not give your sims the opportunity to earn the garden achievements themselves Everything has been playtested except for the Archaeology table, it seems your sims need the skill or the real Salvedorian items to use, buydebug items apparently don't count I may post more pictures in the near future, but right now Daylight Savings time is kicking my butt and I want a nap
Exterior of house:
Main living areas;
Teen bedroom images at top and Master bedroom images on bottom:
The exterior design of The Croft is very nice! Very nice roofing and the yellow flower box windows look sunny. The white picket fences flower areas look nice and homely. Very nice outdoors areas! It is great that there is a basket ball playing area, and sims will enjoy doing yoga on the mat outdoors in the outside air. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Nice pool and gardening nook area for Sims to enjoy spending outdoors at their home. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The stone texture of the walls in the living room area gives a very nice feel to the room. The design of the kitchen and the white brick walls looks very nice. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The green dinosaur in the kids room is cute! The butterflies are a pretty touch on the wall. It is a very nice family homely home!
Shady Acres is an American Gothic Revival style build - American Gothic Revival style decor typically uses lots of the color white instead of the European style which uses darker colors. It was built in Forgotten Hollow and will hold a small family. An open Living/Dining area leads to a small toddler room - currently set up for cats (but playtested with a dog, I think I may stop including cat items in the near future, as I much prefer dogs) Second floor has a small shared bedroom for two kids (or teens), a Master bedroom, loft area and the second bath.
This house has a lot less skill items than my usual builds, but it also is much more budget friendly - less than 60k
I've also created a Growup room for this house, since it is so tight on space, I thought it would be nice to have a few extra skill items for when your sim family is old enough.
I've got some old miscellany builds on the Gallery that somehow were never included in my Showcase thread.....
So I thought I'd create a post with a few pics and links

Simple Cottage
Built for one of my favorite couples (an Alpha/Omega pair) this *not so* Simple Cottage has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Open concept Living/Dining/Study has a slightly modern feel to it, as well as lots of hand painted art. The big backyard has a large garden, fun pool, campfire, patio and basketball. Toddler room is included among the 3 kids bedrooms. The basement has a playroom, gym, massage therapy room and science lab.
Barnyard Gardens
Lot type: Park
This was created for a Build n Share challenge - it's a wedding venue with an outdoor area for the ceremony, large banquet hall and renovated barn Reception area. While I absolutely love this build, I do need to warn, I don't know why, but it doesn't rotate well.....
