Welcome to my Showcase thread
These are my newest builds
Meadowsweet Hills
Named after a flower from an episode of Supernatural. A Christmas god gives meadowsweet to their victims to display as an offering. You can guess what happens next..... Rest assured, there are no evil gods in this house. Or so you think....

My Showcase thread https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/948861/rosemow-s-rooms-showcase
As a child Elias Lansing had a glamours life with a wealthy family.
Tyson is a transgender sim who had a mysterious life until he moved into the nearby Desert town. Elias and Tyson immediately hit it off and became lovers.
Maybe this is why this is my favorite family, I dunno, but immediately after the couple's first woohoo Elias was abducted by aliens.
Right after his return, Elias realized that life is short (except in my games cause I play with a long lifespan) and he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Tyson. Who was still in his underwear and in bed. He did not appreciate this inappropriately rushed proposal and turned Elias down. Elias cried and sent Tyson home.
The next day Elias felt pretty nauseous and noticed that his stomach was glowing. Forgetting all about the fight from the night before, he invited Tyson over to show him the strange phenomena. What he noticed, was that Tyson was pregnant as well... Knowing he had to do the right thing he took Tyson to a fancy dinner, and proposed the right way. They had an evening wedding in the backyard of Elias's glamorous family house.
Their pregnancies progressed, and I don't even know how this happened but they went into labor at the same time. It confused the game a bit cause it kept kicking one sim off the surgery table to replace with the other... Was quite the ordeal.
So... The double pregnancies weren't the only surprise (and seriously, this also is why I love this family so much, all the unexpected stuff that usually never happens). Tyson gave birth to one son, his name is Silas, after his father. Elias on the other hand, gave birth to triplet girls... Ana, Manna and Lanna.
Taking care of four babies is super hard work and Tyson was starting to feel really run down.
So, they decided that a vacation would be best. They were able to enjoy each other's company and Tyson got the rest and relaxation he needed. Elias, on the other hand, used his extra time to hack for money. Life was hard, but things were going well.
The babies finally aged up. And this was the first time the game made me angry with this couple, because like a week afterwards toddlers were released..... grrrrrr. I would have loved that challenge. So, I stopped playing with this family for a while because I was too upset.
Also, in typical Sims fashion, all of the girls disguises defaulted to blonde hair. I felt awkward changing it because it didn't seem realistic, until the day I was like no, its more unrealistic for a black man and a white man with black hair to have white blonde children (even if they were actually aliens in disguise). So, I fixed it.
This family can be found with 4 kids here: https://www.thesims.com/gallery/A214CD17E5AA11E681CD7F06F4DCE2C8?searchtype=ea_origin_id&time=all&category=households&searchquery=oxseashellxo&sortby=downloads&max=50&maxis=false

First, I will start with the end and then go back to the beginning, just because I don't want any confusion. The next image shows Egangre's and my versions of the Eclectic Cozy House available on the gallery. *NOTE all my adjustments happened over a period months and I had forgotten that the original was downloaded off the gallery, so when I uploaded to the gallery I didn't change the name of the lot. Egandre definitely should get credit for the name.
More pics below:
As my sims make more money and can afford to expand their house, you can see that the floor plans have started to differ:
Then there was the big jump. My sims finally had enough to build the second floor, then furnish and complete their home:
One last floor plan comparison:
The Wells-Lansing Eclectic Cozy Home can be found on the gallery here: https://www.thesims.com/en_GB/gallery/EF0F4362496411E782BB8C7B1FBDCF4D?category=all&searchtype=ea_origin_id&sortby=downloads&time=all&searchquery=OXSEASHELLXO&max=50&maxis=false I hope you like it.
The following posts will include more images of the Wells-Lansing family's story as well as their house. I just wanted to start by making it clear what credit is due and to whom.
More pics below:
They made time for each other and did their best to provide for their children.
Also, I learned not to put 4 children's beds in one room because each child will be woken up by a monster under their bed every single night, and every monster will scare every child. It was frustrating.
So, the family started going to the friendly neighborhood skill center, where the kids could play and learn skills while the parents paint, study and hack servers for profit. This is probably definitely cheating, but it was also a hassle, since sims couldn't sleep there and children couldn't order from the cafe. So, I considered it a wash...
Will definitely be visiting this showcase.
The ongoing story of your family is very nice It is special that there are triplets in the familly. They are very cute! The makeover of the home is very nice! It is great that a second floor has been added. Very nice furnishing of each of the rooms! The family looks like they enjoy living in the home.

Casey is a musical entertainer, specializing in the piano. While Bristol is an artist who cranks out masterpieces like their cake. They raised a daughter - Terra. I can't remember their second child's name. She was taken away by child services after the game didn't tell me she was hungry..... I didn't even realize the baby was gone till after it was too late to take pictures.
Bristol and Casey didn't try for another child until Terra was grown, but Terra had her own mishap at about the same time. Terra is an irresponsible adult and just left her child and moved out to start her own life - eventually becoming a Chief of Staff at the hospital. (This game is kinda funny as her child is still a toddler, but she has another "younger" son, who is now a grown adult about to be married.....)

The dj booth is actually from a party in Windenburg, but someone could take the hot tub off of the patio and replace it with a dj booth
So, I built this farmhouse. It got so large that there wasn't as much outdoor space left as I would have liked, but I was still able to fit playground items for both toddlers and children. Which was awesome.
The house is available on the gallery here: https://www.thesims.com/en_GB/gallery/6E3D60C8A18D11E7818AB5F2B29B385F?category=all&searchtype=ea_origin_id&sortby=downloads&time=all&searchquery=OXSEASHELLXO&max=50&maxis=false
View of the front and the back of the house.
View of the Foyer and Great Room (this is a sunken Great Room, so if you download the house, do not delete the TV and replace with one on the wall. Your sims will not be able to use it.)
View of the kitchen with eat-in dining and high chairs for two toddlers.
Four of the six total bedrooms (including the toddler room. There are 4 double beds, 2 single beds and 2 toddler beds total.)
The toddler room:
The kid's room:
Gorgeous outdoor space (yes there is a campfire right next to a fireplace, your sims are vacationing in granite falls they need the opportunity to build the herbalism skill, but the fireplace when they're not interested)
The basement! A huge twist from the main levels of the house. Recently renovated, the heavy stone walls have been painted. Some were left exposed painted brick and others have drywall and paint. Making this basement super light and cheery. The rec room is awesome if I were a child again, I'd totally play don't wake the llama here.
Other basement skill rooms include, a painting studio, a gym and a spa (sauna not pictured)
More skill rooms in the basement. Top two show the science laboratory, bottom left pic shows the music/karaoke room. Bottom right picture is actually from the attic and shows the teen party room (bubble blower not pictured).
Included in the house, but not pictured is a study on the main floor and a semi-empty laundry room - just waiting for the washer and dryers, but you could put something small there instead.
Most of the bathrooms are my specialty bathrooms - I call them my "no embarrassment rooms" where the sinks are in the first room, the toilet is in its own room, and the shower/tub are in their own room. This way, if a sim walks in to use the toilet, they don't walk in on a sim using the shower. It works really well for me
It is a very nice retreat home for a family!

This Modern Art Museum has three floors, a courtyard and a basement. Plus it was designed for the smallest of lots-20x15. I'm really happy with how this build has turned out. Modern builds are really hard for me, and this took several tries on several different lot sizes before I decided to go with the smallest available and keep things simple. I'm really glad I did, the tiny lot forces you to decide what's really necessary and what's not.

Front of the building:
Top picture shows the balcony on the third floor, bottom right picture shows the music studio on the third floor and the bottom left picture shows the side of the building.
View of the main entry, first floor art, and second floor easels.
View of the second floor bar and bubble blower. Gottta give the sims something social to do
Balcony and miscellaneous:
Sims will enjoy visiting the museum!
