27 recipes does not trigger pop up message correctly

This is my sim eating and discovering her 27th recipe but the message says 26th, it said 26th for her previous one as well.

Here is all 27 in her Cookbook at home

I can give those bigger if someone requires them, just thought it would spam a bit pasting all 8 pictures up close.

Was the pork adobo the 27th recipe that was learnt? Or is that the same notification that she received for the 26th recipe?

Hello.
Perhaps try cooking the recipe that was the previous 26th recipe that she learnt and see if that may show the 27th notification.

mm did not work. I will start a new sim and clear caches and things and see if it helps. Will let you know, I play cc and mod free game, so I know its not anything non ea doing this. Will let you know

Wait, does it matter if you're not getting the 27th notification? Cuz technically your sim can make all 27 recipes, right? Or am I not understanding something?

Same here the last two recipes was both number 26, doesn't really matter to me I can cook all 27 unless there is some kind of bonus for the correct count
