My pleasure to try and help
Its the first time I've tried it @Liziann1 so I had saved the paintings on a wall and saved it to the gallery. Then I placed it on an empty lot in my building save and used whatever family I test with to grab the paintings when I'm ready to place them in my build.
Hopefully that made sense
I like to keep my builds, legacy and quality control testing all separate in different saves.
Mobster Starter looks great! The overgrown bushes and plants in the front yard area suits the theme. The layout of the interior looks great! The brick wall texture of the kitchen and bedroom areas gives a great look. The chequered kitchen flooring looks great. The sim will be able to keep watch on what is happening outdoors when preparing meals by looking out through the kitchen windows. The money bag on the bedside table is great! It looks great the way the seating area in the basement staircase nook is set up with lights either sides of the chair. The cement walls and floors , and the floor grate vent suits the area. The mobster will enjoy sitting on the sofa in the living area watching tv. It is nice that even though he is a mobster, he still likes a teddy and bunny for company. The corner dining and computer nook is great! The back patio is great for the sim to keep fit using the punching bag. He will enjoy cooking meals in the grill. The wired fencing there looks great! The grafitti street art looks great on the exterior!
It is a great starter home
Here's my next entry for Starter showoff, I just couldn't resist

This house is for me because I love cats! I based the colours of the house on my cat Skitz
You'll find traces of me in the home with the messy computer desk and bedside table I've included gardening pots and a computer for simming as my hobbies and a pink bedroom for my favourite colour. The house is quite spacious as I wanted to achieve a nice shape for the cat
Tortoiseshell Starter is so very creative! The exterior design of it as a cat looks so very great! His ears , eyes windows and whiskers look so very , very great! Sims wiill enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the planters there. The flowers look very pretty there. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. Nice sofa seat sitting area for sims to enjoy watching tv. When I saw this challenge I was listening to "Cake By The Ocean" by DNCE so I used that as my inspiration. I used it in a sense of having a house by the beach not the real meaning as the upbeat tune reminds me of summertime and, living by the beach would be pretty cool!
Challenge 5: An Inspired Starter

This kitchen was one part of my first fully renovated apartments and I actually quite like how cosy it is In my build I have a table and two chairs just on the other side of the kitchen. Photos were also extremely hard to take in this tiny kitchen but I did my best. I'm not sure why one of the plumbing pipes disappeared (it's certainly there in-game) Gallery link:Here! Cost: $14,401 Original lot built in: 1313 21 Chic Street
1313 21 Chic Street is a very nice kitchen! Very nice layout and furnishing of the room. The white colour scheme gives a very nice look to the room. The kitchen cabinets look nice how they are placed on the walls. It is great that there is an bar stool counter for sims to sit on the stool and eat a meal . The wall knives , wall bottles and fruit bowl are great kitchen touches in the room. The wall picture is nice for sims to look at whilst cooking their meals. The plant on the wall is a nice touch of nature for sims to see when entering or leaving the room.
Sims will enjoy cooking there
This is a little starter home I created for this scenario in the Sims 4 Time Lord Challenge. I wanted to keep it very basic for my character Vincent so he'd have enough wall space to hang his paintings. Should all be base game items except for the bar globe (can't remember what it's called) from Vintage Glamour
Gallery Name: Vincent And The Time Lord Cost on Gallery: $17,378 Link:Here
Edit: I seemed to have lost the original pics but added these from my updates on the thread
Vincent and the Time Lord is a very nice starter The open shutter and closed shutter windows look great together. The yellow flowers near the front porch are sunny for sims to see when coming to the home. It looks great how you have used the terrain paint to make the front footpath. Very nice outdoors dining area in the backyard. Sims will enjoy eating meals at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The sunflowers look cheery on the kitchen corner nook counter nook. Very nice fireplace living room area. Sims would enjoy sitting resting on the armchairs there in front of the fire, reading a book and having a drink from the bar. They will enjoy painting on the easel near the warmth of the fire.
I hope that the challenge went or goes well
