Thank you all for your comments and feedback on the Xenomorph room! I wanted to try it ever since I saw the green crater things in action during gameplay. I should have used some chimneys underneath to generate a low level fog effect...that'd be cool!
I was planning on making a big build of something in the Aliens universe. Hadley's Hope may still be on the way unless @SpecterCody beats me to it since he's amazing with his SciFi recreations!
Your Xenomorph Breeding Room is so creepy and the use of the mannequins.... eeekk!! I love the imagination of the whole build and how you put it all together!!

Hopi-Sim Heritage build is fantastic. I am excited to put it into my game. Your creation will add gameplay as my sims visit the museum. Excellent work and your attention to detail is fantastic. Thank you for your inspirational creation!
A massive and elegant addition to your downtown area. Built on a smaller lot, Onyx Towers is the newest skyscraper in town boasting two residential penthouses for successful business persons with no kids, a hot new dance club, Thermal, a brand new coffee shop, Aroma, and is topped off with arcade, fitness, and outdoor amenities!
One note about my build style is that I tend create a building and THEN figure out what to put in it. In this case, it turned out that I ended up with only one door in/out for the entire build, so the pathway can be quite long sometimes for the Sim to reach the street. Also, it's why some things don't make sense...like in my Oasis Fine Arts Museum...after putting it all in, I forgot the bathroom...which is why it has only one and is located on the roof!
Play tested and everything should work. If the DJ doesn't come for the booth, you may have to move either the end table or the booth slightly to clear a path for the game.
I hope you enjoy this room. I uploaded the nightclub and the dance club as rooms to the gallery. The build itself is classified as "Generic" because I couldn't figure out what to list it as.

Onyx Towers was based on a photograph I saw online. The hardest part for me was to try and get the skyscraper feeling with all the lit windows and what not. I think it ended up look pretty cool!
Bottom level/sub street/basement 2
The bottom levels sport the business areas. Aroma, the coffee shop, and Thermal, the night club. Also houses the outdoor areas for getting that inner city bit of nature and BBQs. Comes equipped with a public restroom.
Sub street/basement 1
This level houses the arcade and the 2nd floor dance area for Thermal.
Onyx Towers is so very nice! Very nice exterior design and layout of the build! Each of the areas of the build looks very great! The windows look so very , very nice how they placed in the build! Very nice outdoors area where the lit white trees. The arcade areas looks great! Sims will have fun playing the games there. Thermal night club looks so very nice! Sims will enjoy having a drink from the bar or enjoy dancing to the DJ booth music. The dance floor area looks great! The orange colour scheme of Thermal gives a very nice look to the build area. The Aroma coffee shop is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables eating and drinking food and drinks that they have ordered from the espresso bar. Very nice furnishing and layout of each of the penthouses! It is nice that one is two storey and the other tree storey.
It is such a very detailed and very nice build!

Wow, wow, wow, what a fantastic skyscraper, Onyx Towers is absolutely awesome! All those lit up windows really perfect the look and the amount of detail you have put into this build is truly amazing Love the outdoors areas, the trees of lights and the fountains really enhance the ambience here Also, many congrats on the Maxis fav, very well deserved
