Family Starter is a very nice home! The lavender along the edges of the front of the home looks pretty. Very nice open plan layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The gingham wall pattern looks nice. Very nice living room area. The flowers are nice touches on the side tables beside the sofa. The sunflowers wall picture is sunny for sims to see when resting there on the sofa watching tv. The computer study desk nook is very nice! The books on the desk and the noticeboard on the wall great touches there. Very nice design of the kitchen and dining areas. Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the dining windows whilst sitting at the table enjoying eating a meal. The fruit bowl and the display shelves item in the corner nook are nice touches there, and the fruit wall picture looks great! It looks very nice how the kitchen counters and cabinets are placed there! The half walls look great! Very nice master bedroom. Nice art nook corner in the room for sims to enjoy painting on the easel. The teddy, giraffe, and animal pictures on the wall in the nursery look very cute! The little baby will like looking up and seeing the mobile over the cot.
It is a very nice family home.

Here is my first retail shop that I created in my legacy challenge. I finally got to explore the items from the Get Together pack and they are wonderful, totally in with it!

The Little Arte Shoppe is a very nice art store! The exterior of the store is so very pretty! Very nice exterior design of the store! The dormers and the wall patterning look very nice. The flowers /greenery on the exterior and the flowers on the edges of the building look so very pretty! The hedging fencing looks very nice. The gates either sides of the front entrance area looks very nice. Very nice corner outdoors corner art nook for sims to enjoy painting on the easel in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the shop. It looks nice how the easels are set up there with the paintings on the easels. The green curtains and the wall patterning look nice together. The flowers are nice touches on the walls. The register counter area is very nice. The fireplace adds a warming feel to the shop. The train is a nice touch on the fireplace ledge. The type and placement of the doors in the build looks nice.

This build is my entry for the Quality Control Contest round 15 I'm very pleased with how the pathways with the gardens alongside them turned out as well as the stage and backstage area. One of the challenge requirements was to have a beautiful night time view which I hoped I achieved

Hello I will repost here what I wrote on the challenge thread. The pictures of the build at nightime looks so very nice!
Theatre Gardens is so very pretty! The layout and design of the park is so very nice! The pink water fountain features at the front areas of the venue look very pretty! The entrance building looks very nice with the towers on each side of the building and archways for sims to pass through to enter the park. The butterfly penants look very nice on the building. The flowers, trees and plants through the areas of the build look so very nice! The flowers and rocks look very nice around the base of the ballerina statue! It is great that there is a pond in the build for sims to enjoy fishing in. Very nice open air stage area! It looks very nice how the coloured stools are set up there on the floor rugs for Sims to enjoy sitting resting there watching the performances. They will enjoy listening to the musical instruments being played. The mannequins look great there. The candles look nice lining the edges of the pathway. The ceiling lights look very pretty! It looks nice how the sun and birds are on the blue skies backdrop stage wall, and the birdbath and flowers are nice touches there on the stage. The flower lamps are nice fairy themed touches. Very nice backstage dressing room! The clothes shelves and shoes racks look great there! The type of mirror used and the starry floor tiles suits well the type of room. Very nice vanity tables for the fairies to get ready for their performances whilst sitting at the tables.

Holiday Bungalow is very nice! Very nice design of the exterior of the home. The yellow flowers look pretty along the edges of the front of the home. Nice backard nook for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ. The enlarged car looks great on the front lawn under the tree! Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! The living and games room is very nice!The coat stand is a homely touch in the room. Sims will have fun playing games on the llama desktop table there and foosball. Very nice sofa seat and armchair sitting area! The bookcases look nice placed either sides of the tv. Sims will enjoy resting there watching tv, listening to music from the radio and reading books from the bookcases. The plants are nice touches on the shelves under the tv. Very nice layout of the kictchen! The sink/laundry nook is nice. The hanging pans, cereal box and dishes rack and spice set are nice kitchen touches in the room. The bottles look very nice how they are placed on the dining walls! The paintings on the wall look very nice there for sims to see whilst enjoying eating their meals. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The paintings on the bedhead walls are calming and nice for sims to see when laying in bed. Nice sofa seat tv watching area in the master bedroom. The clothes and shoes closet in the kids room looks great! The clothes look great on the floor!

My sim is level 10, I've been saving her paintings to use in builds. Some of them are great, I really love the boat picture. Its hard to get a variety of paintings as I tend to stick to one style
