Hi everyone! I'm very happy now with TS4 as I am with the TS2 and TS3, so I'm building, creating sims and playing.

I'll try to keep this chat updated with my work. Please, have a look and follow me, eventhough my builds are not that bright, you may like any. I'll follow back.

My first upload was the house Las Arenas. It's a colonial house, I think.

Another house I built was a starter house, but as it got furnished and equiped it become a bit expensive. In a small lot it has everythings your simmies will need.

It is great you have started a showcase thread for your creations

Las Arena is a very nice home!

The exterior design of the home is so very nice! The lemon colour of the exterior looks nice and it looks very nice how you have used the roof trimming and the spandrels in the build! The placement of the windows looks very nice! Very nice upper balcony! The backyard pool area and porch is very nice. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, or like sitting at the table on the back porch, enjoying being outdoors in the air. The tiling around the edges of the pool looks nice.

Starter Home is very nice!

Very nice exterior design of the home! The open shutter windows look very nice in the home. The Open plan layout of the interior of the home is very nice! The living room is very nice. It looks nice how you have placed the sofas there, for sims to enjoy sitting resting there, watching TV, reading a book from the bookcase and enjoying listening to music from the radio on the table beside the sofa. It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets to create a TV nook! The pictures on the walls look very nice. They are very nice for sims to look at whilst sitting on the sofa. The floor rug adds a nice look in the room. The flowers look very pretty on the coffee table! It is nice that you have placed mounted fish on either sides of the window. Sims will have fun playing chess at the chess table. The screen shade looks great how you have used it to separate off the dining area . It is nice that you have a hot tub nook. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tub. Nice outdoors patio for sims to enjoy sitting at the red umbrella covered table in the sunshine. Very nice outdoors gardening patch. Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the gardening boxes. It is a very nice home

Thank you @rosemow, you pay atention to all details. I'm glad you like my humble builds. Las Arenas house color is yellow, but under the afternoon light looks like lemon. I wish we had more colors and patterns in everything. sometimes I feel frustrated for the lack of them. Hope EA give us more patterns and colors or a recoloring tool. I haven't slept much trying to finish to houses one base on a house from a movie and it's a mansion. Wish me luck. ;-)

I've finally finished the house is a version of the house from the film Home Alone. I'll tried to decorate it in the same style as it appeared in the film.

Your Home Alone house is very nice!

You have reflected it well in simform. It looks great how you have placed the windows to reflect the movie home. The Christmas wreath is a nice touch on the front door. The plant hedging looks nice along the front edges of the home. The roofing is very nice! It is very nice that you have furnished the home to reflect the style of the movie home.
Sims will enjoy living in the home.

The interior of the Home Alone home is very nice!

The floral wall pattern in the kitchen and master bedroom looks very pretty! The island bar stool and stove counter in the kitchen looks very nice. The knives block, fruit bowl, scales and condiments are nice kitchen touches on top of it. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal there. The type of bed and curtains that you have used in the master bedroom looks nice. The red and white colour of the furnishings looks nice in the room. Nice windows sitting area for sims to enjoy resting there with the sunshine coming in through the window. The towel shelf looks nice in the corner nook. The floral wall picture is pretty for sims to look at whilst laying in bed. It looks nice how you have angled the table into the corner area of the room to create a nook for the mannequin and have the blue flower item on top of it.
The rooms are very nice

The home is very nice!

The layout and furnishing of the interior looks very nice! Very nice dining alcove off from the cooking area of the kitchen ! The floral wall pattern and the flowers on the dining table are pretty for sims to see when dining there. The plants on the side table are nice touches of nature in the room. Your child sims in the picture are very cute! They are enjoying eating their meals there. Very nice design of the kitchen! The red and white cabinets look nice how you have placed them on the walls. The dining room is very nice! The type of dining seats that you have used there looks very nice. It looks nice how you have placed and angled the patterned floor rug underneath the table. The pictures on the dining room walls add to the nice look of the room. The red and white wall paneling looks very nice.

Your latest home is very nice!

Very nice exterior design of the home! The white colour of the exterior and the red shutter windows look very nice together. The roofing is very nice! Very nice front porch! It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels there. The cherry blossom tree and the front garden flowers look very pretty there. Nice back patio pool area for sims to have fun swimming in the pool. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! It is great that there is a basement level, and that it is entered from the back patio.

Industrial light house
One of my latest builds is a light house like beach house, based on a real house plan. I've decorated with an industrial style as I think it suits more an old light house refurbished into a modern house.

It's a very large house with the kitchen, dinning room and a bathroom on the first floor, two comfy bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor, wide livingroom with surrounding deck on the third and a loft on the fourth floor where you'll find a bedroom, studio and bathroom in an open concept. The whole house keeps the original flavor a wharehouse with the details on the walls, pipes and beams.

Industrial Lighthouse is a very nice home!

The exterior design of it as a lighthouse looks very nice. The wraparound upper balcony looks nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The industrial theme of the furnishings looks very nice. Very nice open plan layout and design of the kitchen and dining areas! The brick texture of the walls looks nice. The island bar stool and stove counter looks great. The texture of the kitchen and dining suits well the theme of the home. The hanging pots, barrel, sauces and the weights are nice kitchen touches in the room. It looks very nice how you have curved the counters along the walls. The bookcase and fruit crates look nice placed in the staircase nook. Very nice master bedroom. The plants are nice restful touches of nature on the table at the foot of the bed for sims to see when laying in bed. It looks nice how you have placed the locker into the corner of the room. The beauty products are a nice touch on the bedside table. The living room is very nice! It is nice light filled room for sims to enjoy the nice views of the outdoors whilst sitting there. The stone texture of the fireplace wall looks nice, and the bamboo looks nice either sides of the fire. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there watching tv, chatting , and warming up near the fire. The candles are pretty for sims to enjoy seeing whilst sitting there. They will have fun dancing to the music from the stereo! Very nice layout of the loft bedroom! It looks nice how you have used the screen shade to separate off the bathing tub area from the stairs. Very nice study desk nook for sims to enjoy sitting at the table using the computer or reading a book. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel in the loft. The tools decor look great on the wall. The brick wall texture looks nice.
