The lovely Mya (@NagyGina) has a stash of Simpoints to gift to those who contribute but basically it's a place for us to share our creativity by building lots or creating Sims for people who need them.
There's lots of info on page one but if you have a specific question about either posting a creation wishlist or a creation someone will rush to help you out.
Furnished: $13,986
Unfurnished: I'm not getting an 'unfurnished' price on the menu and don't know how to correct that.
Is CC, CAP or CAW Used? No CC or CAW. I did use the color wheel to change the colors of some patterns but I don't think that's CAP?
It took me four tries but I finally got this uploaded correctly I think! I would appreciate it if someone would have a look and make sure I did it right, and tell me if I need to change anything.

Lol, yes it is. I didn't name it Pinkadelic for nothing. This is a smaller rendition of my first ever house in Sims Freeplay. It was created for my very first pink-haired fashionista SFP sim who loves everything pink.
I'm redecorating it in blue now. I'm going to upload it too when I'm done.

- as there came more from EA I used what I created my self less (exsept a few favorits)
- the items I used my own patterens on seemed longer to rend when chaning lot

I don't know the limit for a family starter to be honest.... but don't do it for me, find the wishes you want to forfill and do that. I was just tosing round ideas.

"Pinkadelic" you say? Ain't it just!! And so much room; that's what I like to see, so my starter family has some room to grow into into before getting into expensive rebuilding.
The 'Unfurnished' price does seem a bit awkward to get to - as I recall if you start a new game and select the lot for a new family to move into it should give you both prices; it didn't see it either when I was already in a game and using Edit Town to move a household in.

inside it is inspired by the historical mocies form that time. I ahve later learnt that danish homes in the 50's was very difrent from the homes of US especially in colors.

the trash compresor is just to be a trachcan under the table in the kitchen, a design choice, the pc is to be a type writter.
