    Sims 1/2/3 + Spinoff Lot Remakes

    SIMS 4 LOT IMPORT PROJECT
    Since i am a masterful lot recreator, i want to import the sims 1/2/3 lots into the Sims 4 but thanks to the limits, not everything will make the cut.
    How Do i find those lots?

      I want this! I have always loved Courtyard Villa and The Mango Manor. Never been good a building so have always been waiting for others to remake them.

      Ah, a good ol' trip down memory lane. I seriously hope that a bunch of content from the sims 1, 2 and 3 can be re-created.

      For instance:

      Ichabod Ipecac w/ Ghoulish Graveyard Gumbo cart.
      The roller coasters from Sims: Makin' Magic
      Charm crafting station (Makin' Magic)
      Gardening Gnome (Makin' Magic)
      Ode to a Haunted Chair (Skeleton Chair)


      Oh the things that can be made. Also, I hear tell that Python is the code used for the Sims 4 (Perhaps C++ is used for the gameplay).

      Excellent, PatandRoxanne! I've always done recreations as well. Started in TS2, when I wanted to bring over my favorite TS1 sims. Then I just got to the point where I always recreated lots/sims from previous game versions when a new one came out. I'm sure I'll do the same here as well. I still have TS1, TS2, & TS3 installed for that purpose. (Well, that and I'm still playing TS2 from time to time).

      I like to throw the games up in windowed mode to compare because I'm a stickler for accuracy. As you said, though, some of those lots are going to be a bit of a challenge. I've made a few of the TS1/TS2 families and uploaded them to the Gallery, but I'm waiting for game release to make some of the families that have teens, children and elders. I have no idea what I'm going to do with those families that have toddlers (Brandi Broke, etc). Hmm, might have to think on that.

      Ohhh, that is the best idea ever!!! I have to admit that, while I don't have favorites regarding homes, I really miss The Capp Family's house from Sims 2. I've soent so many hours of my life in that household, and i can't help but feel a little nostalgic about that amazing mansion and our happy times together! :D I really hope you could remake that one, although it will probably be a bit smaller, due to the limited lot sizes! :\

      You can add them, but with fountains, >.< they are very similar to pools, even the tool to build them is just like that, so I guess they plan to add them soon.

      I'd like to see TS1 Studio Town, the TS2 federal manor house and Sims Gone Wired, and TS3 Sunset Valley Rabbit holes in TS4 :#

      When I started Sims 2, the new Goth House was jarring to me. I really wasn't a fan of the setup, so I decided to bulldoze the whole thing and rebuild the house from the original Sims. I did the same in the next transfer, so likely the first thing I'm gonna do is reshape the Goth House in Sims 4 to be like the original.
