Thank you! He's in a bowling club, "The Bowl Overs," with his sister, my Sim, and her son. Most times he goes over to another lane to bowl.
I love how other teams with a mix of townies will show up to bowl.
I just built my first bowling alley. I'll just copy from my showcase (and prepare for picture spam).
The Sunny Strike
Lounge, 40x30, $133.349. Convivial, Great Acoustics, Teen Hangout. Packs used: GTW, GT, CL, SD, DO, SP, MH, KR, BY, VG, BN. NoCC, NoMOO, debug, play tested. Part of the Neighbourhood Redevelopment Project (Magnolia Promenade).
My first bowling alley! It’s a lounge because I already have plenty of bars and nightclubs. Obviously, your Sims can go bowling, but also do the normal stuff they do in lounges, like drink at the bar, dance/listen to the stereo, play instruments or watch. I’ve added a food stall outside and two murals, I felt it fitting with the neighbourhood I had in mind (I’m turning my Magnolia Promenade into something retro). I’m also really fond of the maintenance room behind the bowling lanes, it’s purely decorative, but really cool. I’ve also added two subtle saucers above the bowling lanes so you can actually take reasonably well lit pictures of your Sims bowling (rather than the way too dark images you get when there aren’t lights above the lanes). I’ve separated the bar and the bowling area not only by dividers but also using a spandrel, so that they are separate rooms and moonlight bowling won’t switch off the lights in the bar area.

Two questions, have any of you added to the new lot a toddler area? and can they eat the food autonomously when we buy food at the bar?
I have a toddler area in mine. Not sure about the bar food though. I was testing it in a new game so the toddlers created for testing were all brand-new and unable to climb stairs on their own....and my toddler area is upstairs, the bar is downstairs. So I had to carry them up to the toddler area and they were unable to go back downstairs on their own. The play area was littered with sippy cups though....they were asking their parents for drinks like crazy. So I would guess they would have been able to grab a serving from a plate on the bar....I'll keep an eye out for that. Weird thing is that the "give drink" option was greyed out for my sim since there was no highchair but the other sims could give drinks to toddlers...I wonder if they could give them a bowl of food too even without a high chair.
So, I thought this pack was perfect for recreating a TS3 family of mine called the Buttinskys, who will definitely look familiar to American couch potatoes.
Sent another household of mine bowling. Craig, the geek of the bunch, got a strike and started doing a little dance, LOL. You can see Kelly and Bud in the next lane over bowling.

Thank you for showing us! This lot is truly amazing. I thought the snail sign is cc but it is made with the pool lights. AweSim!

And what happens after he bowls when another bowler never moved back to the rest of the group:
Mortimer Goth is not happy about it.
I'm loving Caleb's hot pink bowling outfit

They really did an outstanding job with the clothes.
Here's a full figure, preg. sim in a bowling stuff outfit. She looks exceptional, I think.

I love the sims you made! My male sims are so horrible so I always download them from the gallery
For some reason all my photobucket photos have been deleted. I think my account was hacked and have contacted Photobucket.
