Hi all! I am a long time simmer returning after a long break from TS4. I really enjoy the building aspect of the game but I am a family player at heart so when I saw toddlers were finally added I dusted off the old gaming computer to start a new save. These are the builds I've made for my new legacy family so far. My goal is to build up and populate Newcrest with my legacy family and their extras.

Here is my legacy family's house, it's in my library as the Hopeful Home. The house started as an empty shell my legacy family will build up over time. My first and second generation sims are family oriented and love to cook so getting the living room and kitchen done has been my main focus so far.

The Oak Alcove Bungalow was a build I made to move my elders into. I like having my sims get out to go visit their elderly parents with the grandchildren in tow. It also keeps my played family from turning into an episode of Jerry Springer. My sims love flirting with their in-laws for some reason .






The Cozy Cottage is a small build I plan to move a spare or new heir into eventually if I feel like downsizing.







Paradise Spare is one of the larger lots I built to move my spares and their spouses to when I need room in the main house. The three homes are simple rectangular builds modeled after some of the pre-made styled rooms.

Each of the 4 builds for your legacy family are very nice! Very nice exterior design of each of the homes in the builds! It is great that Paradise Spare has three homes in it. The colourful furnishing of one of the homes looks very nice! Very nice furnishing and layout of the interiors of each of the homes builds ! The kitchen in your main legacy home looks very nice. It looks very nice how the kitchen cabinets and counters are placed there. The kitchen wall texture and colour of the furnishings looks very together. Sims will enjoy looking out through the kitchen windows whilst preparing meals there. The fruit bowl is a homely touch.
They are very nice homes for Newcrest

I love the Cozy Cottage house. Love the exterior design and interior. Colors are very nice. Also, like the second Paradise Spare interior furnishings. Very well done for all of them
