@Pary - That's what makes this game (and franchise) so great. And its why there are sharing threads like this one.
@Karritz - I'll look forward to a picture update & introductions. Witches are fun, and also 'tis the season!
@Namaya92 - Is stupid a trait? Some Sims you just have to hope end up with someone more sensible. Was Jaguar exercising, or does he wander around shirtless (not that I have room to complain, given how little my Sims tend to wear).
I am still having a blast with Seasons, but there is definitely a learning curve. The Chi-Chi Chalet got some major renovations, as even just in Autumn the weather is preventing the outdoor space (vast wrap-around porch) less feasible as year-round expansion space. Blew out a few more umbrellas, but Wade is finally able to make them magically more durable again. And I had my first abduction, thankfully without a pregnancy - I am not ready for children.
This is where I've put my witches village. I've started building it. The little houses you see are just to cover staircase exits to the surface. Some of them may turn into trees or rocks eventually. The three in this pic are all on the same 64x64 lot.
From above - this is where I have placed my lots. There is another suitable area out of shot where I'll probably add extra lots later on.
Their bottom basement - I may add more tractor track here. I won't need to hire gardeners.
Top basement where they live
The other two basements are empty. I only started building this last night and it will take me weeks to get it all how I want it.
The lot from above.
Although this area is a long way from roads and not near the township it doesn't take sims long to travel to and from town.
I plan to leave the ground level bare with nothing much showing and have the witches living secretly underground.
This household are living on the top basement just below ground level and they have a garden on the bottom level with a tractor and wishing well etc. The middle two basements are empty except for stair cases.
This is my household. They are mostly witches and none have been played before so they start out with no skills or experience.

ALRIGHT, so here's my latest family that I'm putting all of my free sims time into: The Delacroix/Montgomery family, aka, Scarlet Teardrops.
Basics: Jacques Delacroix is a bit of a delinquent, and an evil vampire willing to do anything to stay at the top. Raelynn Montgomery is obsessed with Supernatural (the TV show), and is searching for her own Sam Winchester. Instead, she finds Jacques, and things only go downhill from there. And that all happens before the challenge the story is based on even begins. Check out the story for more!
@Sindocat unfortunately it is haha. I have rolled that trait twice for heirs in challenges/legacies so far and it really makes life more difficult haha. Jaguar was in the pool! ^^
Finally got around to taking a good picture of my current household. I'm focusing on one of my generation 9 sims Emiko (excuse her goofy face), her husband Hori, and their twin daughters Kara and Spencer. Saville is Emiko's younger brother (the blonde at the back) and is hanging around for now.
@Sindocat unfortunately it is haha. I have rolled that trait twice for heirs in challenges/legacies so far and it really makes life more difficult haha. Jaguar was in the pool! ^^
Apparently, the boards censor the adjective meaning "unintelligent", beginning with letter S, and rhyming with Cupid. Which EP is that from, do you know? I ask because I believe the only ones I am still missing are World Adventures, Showtime and Into the Future - but have wanted on occasion to have a Sim who was a bit of a dim bulb, but good at other things.
Also, if Jag was in the pool, the bizarre footwear must be flippers. Got it! Sometimes my own Sims don't get out of Sleepwear until rather late in the day. I imagine the conversations sometimes:
Wade: "You know, it's kind of hard to take you seriously like that. Isn't that kids' underwear?"
Shark: "What do you mean by that?"
Wade: "Well, with cartoons all over them."
Shark: "It's not a cartoon. That's Boba Fett! He's cool!"
@dorendia122 - Nice looking Sims! Is the IF going to be a romantic interest?
I have a hard time handing things off to the younger generation. My big family is getting full, but great-grandmother is a Master Alchemist and has an Elixir of Youth waiting in her inventory... They are a lot to keep up with so I have not been playing them as much. Four generations under one roof!
Sorry this is late but thanks! Yup he's currently her boyfriend (her name is Daria). They have one little girl and another child on the way as of currently
Right now I'm giving my legacy a break and playing a alien/berry future-traveler named Granite Leure Screenshot-21 by Joy's Sims, on Flickr

@Sindocat I looked it up for you and the stupid trait was deleted by EA but Awesomemod puts it back into the game it seems haha e.e
That mod reputedly plays poorly with one that I use, alas.
A bit of an update on the Rowley-Rackets. I had previously been unaware of the aura effect that results from having Rank 10 in the mystic branch of the Fortunteller career, until Wade earned his lifetime wish and started exhibiting it, tanking relationships left and right with folks he was trying to cozy up to, to give private readings. Well, googled that, and what a hassle of a "perk" to a profession! I don't mind the red aura on my Emperor of Evil - he should make some Sims uncomfortable.
But it's not what I wanted for Wade, so now he is back to Self-Employed in the Alchemist career. Thankfully, he'd been able to use his time rising to the top as a Fortuneteller to max Alchemy and work up a good supply of ingredients and learn a bunch of recipes. I think my first consignment after changing professions took him straight to Rank 6, and he had reached 10 shortly thereafter because I had the ingredients necessary for some high-end elixirs like Midas Touch.
Wade had also been picking up the various Supernatural transformation elixirs, one of each, while I debated what Shark should be if not human. I have played too many Fairies for it to be novel, haven't really warmed to Vampires, two Witches in one household would be a bit redundant, and eventually settled on Werewolf as bringing most to the household, insofar as Hunting helps with elixir ingredients. So for an early Snowflake Day present, Wade gave Shark a Bottled Lycan's Bite. I also could not stand that name any longer so, from his favorite color, I renamed him Red. Red Racket. Yes, that is a terrible, inappropriate pun.
My whole concept for Wade & Red (the Sim formerly known as Shark) was that Wade is a bit older, taking a gap year and waiting to start University with his boyfriend. One age-inappropriate relationship household is enough for me, and Logan and his Delinquents fill that role admirably, so I decided Red could go to the Prom, the day before Snowflake Day, then on the day itself, Wade held a Birthday Party, invited Red's friends from school (but not his egregious relatives) and let him become a Young Adult. Hooray!
Prom King, graduated Valedictorian and Most Likely To Become a Sports Star, and trait chosen for his successful career: Avant Garde. Next stop, Sims University! If only I can settle on a major...
Red makes a guest appearance in my Delinquents' game (where Logan bit him rather than him using an elixir, and where he is still a Teen)
A teen needs his privacy... for... things.
Added the second bedroom when I winterized the Chalet. The big wrap-around porch had been adequate extra living space in a one-season game, but I found I needed more actual indoors to allow for inclement weather. The porch does leave adequate space for outdoor activites, however. Here's red making a snowman, with the Chi-chi Chalet lit up for the holidays.
And here's Red aged-up, on the motorcycle he sprung a Wish to buy, on his way to Graduation at City Hall:
And so he doesn't feel left out (though he has pretty much just been cranking out Elixirs and cut gems, and curing the occasional Zombie and Vampire), here's Wade, out behind Varg's Tavern, letting off steam and cutting loose in the Broom Arena. "Yeah, that bike is cool. I'm cooler."

Have her drink it; you can have an immortal founder! How cool would that be?! Just keep her out of danger or she'll die anyways...
Everyone's sims are so beautiful and your stories so in-depth. Makes me feel a little inadequate!
I am playing a family who started out in Windenburg (yes, in ts4 lol), then they moved to Riverview (I recreated them) - they were father and son, Michael and Christopher Hoff. Michael's wife sadly died in childbirth and he raised Chris on his own so they became very close. They enjoy the great outdoors, especially fishing together.
After moving to Riverview, Michael met and fell in love with Charlotte. After finding out she was pregnant (by him) they got married and moved in together with Charlotte's dog, Petra. When the baby was born they called him Chandler (I had just been watching Friends).
Chris is now a teen and Chandler is a child. Chris is dating one of his friends, Anita Lobos, but I am hoping to hook him up with his bestest friend of all time (Elsa Bjergsen, who also moved from Windenberg).

my current household, Ravan Kermani a genie acrobat and Grace Payton a human singer, on their recent trip to China
They each had wishes to kiss the other and Grace had a wish to fall in love with Ravan. They are now going steady.
I really missed my mermaid and fairy families, though. I lost a lot of screenshots and my entire saves because I never made backups. I am thinking of recreating or making new mermaid/fairy/genie families again.
(BTW, my toddlers were the only ones that had the full-on skin/face/eyes CC treatment all the way, while the rest of the adults/teens/children only had CC hair. I thought Sims 3 Adults/Young Adults/Teens/Children sims were already pretty cute, so I never used full-on CC skin/faces/eyes for those particular life stages.)
I heave to look in this topic more often xD but it's so pic heavy it takes aaaaaaaaaages to load and I am possibly the most impatient creature on earth, so...

In that same mermaid family, teen son went swimming with his notebook... Yeah, my mermaids were weird, lol.

I also had fairies... For some reason, many of them love to go onto that water slide, so they were shirtless half of the time, lol.

I love this randomly generated adopted kid (with CC hair only). He's so cute!

Sorry for the image dump. Just trying to motivate myself to play based on memories.
I am glad I managed to save many screenshots to photobucket, though I wished I had taken more.
And yes, I do love family play. I also mostly play with LGBT families, being that I am LGBT myself.

Just assume that every edit I make is because of typos.
Love all the pictures and stories going on in your games! I'm playing Cameron Kobayne at the moment, the 21st heir in my family. A few pictures.
Visiting her grandparents in Monte Vista.
Studying.
First woohoo. With who? Neh, nobody important really.
Studying.
Fire!
Visiting her aunt in Bridgeport (whose mother has a farm).
Meeting her aunt's brother, River.
Meeting one of her aunt's many half-siblings.
Meeting her aunt's father, father of many.
Father still rocks.
Back in college, where she descovers River picked up a study as well. With a fake high school diploma.
This semester ended well for Cameron.
Not so much for River though.
But fortunately grimmy has a weak spot for schlimazels.
Ultimate cc-list
My top 5
I feel like it would be easier if all the pictures were in spoilers. XD
Yes, I'm still working on my stories. But I am restarting them (again). Links will come when they're up.
