Your sims 3 My Page indicated that you enjoy playing farming sims and upon making the happy discovery that Lungu means "long", inspiration hit and Long Life Vineyard is the end result. Hopefully this is something that you'll enjoy having in your game.

Long Life Vineyard is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home built at 1875 Trex Hill in Appaloosa Plains.

1st Floor Overview:


Garage

Both cars are included! At the back is a bit of space in case your sims wish to create a small workshop (inventing or sculpting) for themselves.

Stepping through the Front Door...


... takes your sims into the Foyer


To their immediate right is a home gym


To their left is a closet for coats and a half bath


Straight ahead is the open living - dining - kitchen area




Please note that sim-created paintings are found throughout the house and everything has been upgraded to unbreakable, where applicable. Fireplaces and stove have been fireproofed.

The 2nd floor landing is used for recreation and also contains a laundry area

Garden

All plants are perfect quality! The garden is divided into family garden (towards the back) and nectar-making garden (towards the front).

Nectar-making Shed



The red storage chest contains nectar-making ingredients
The green storage chest contains garlic (for fertilizer!) as well as produce for re-planting purposes

Several bottles of nectar have already been made!

I really liked how that shade of red turned out, too. This was a fun build to create. Been a while since I had a sim make nectar so I had to do a bit of reminder research before starting the garden plantings.

I CANNOT WAIT TO PLAY IT! I haven't been able to play in such a long time!!!! (Mother, wife, baker, work-from home mum...you get the idea, I'm sure!) Now hubby HAS to have the kids for a few hours!!! hahahaha

I've just finished downloading my gifted wishlist items and this house, and hubby says I'm not allowed to play as we're watching a family movie....stoopid kids and stoopid husband. Why did I get married? I could be playing a sim family but no, I have to take part in real life

too funny, I'm just kidding. I love family nights and we rarely get to watch movies together since hubby's usually working! I will get to play with my new house on Wednesday though! Thanks again @ADWilson I heart you majorly haha

Thanks, @StephSteb and @LadyEmillye! It turned out quite nicely in the end. For a while there I was concerned that I had made it too large because it seemed like a lot of space to decorate, but once I got going it didn't seem too big at all. Whew.
