Right now I'm working on a residential build that I'm calling StoneCrop Garden Springs. I've got a long way to go but I do have two rooms that are completely finished and uploaded. Many thanks to Rosemow and her challenge thread; http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/815547/one-room-one-week-one-theme. I entered a bathroom that I called: Nature Calls *Moo* Nature Calls bathroom and it gave me the inspiration to design a house around it.
So far I have 2 rooms finished and uploaded besides the shell and a few bits and pieces here and there. The Pics and Links are on page 6.

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds Growing Family Farmette is a very nice home! Very nice exterior design of it! The roofing and the towers look great! The red colour and the stone texture that you have used for the exterior looks nice. The curved fence front porch and the upper balcony looks very nice. It looks nice how you have placed the sunflowers at the front of the home which are nice and sunny for sims to see when coming to the front door. The gnomes looks cute in the front and back areas of the home! The bird bath is a nice touch in the front area of the home. It looks great how you have done the curved roof garage/shed! It looks great how you have done the terrain paint leading up to it. Nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating their meals at the picnic table in the sunshine. Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The dining room is very nice! The fruit and flower pictures on the walls are nice for sims to see whilst sitting there eating their meals. The fireplace will keep the room warm. The fruit bowl and tea set on the side tabke are nice homely touches there. The kitchen is very nice. The texture of the flooring looks great and the hanging pots and the knife set on the counter are great kitchen items there for sims to see whilst cooking meals. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The floral pattern on the master bedroom looks very nice. The hanging robe on the wall and the shoes rack underneath looks homely and nice. The flowers on the dresser and the side table are sunny and nice for sims to see when laying in bed. Sims will enjoy seeing the scenic picture on the bedhead wall when they wake up in the mornings. The animal pictures look nice on the wall of the kids bedroom. Very nice study room. Great study desk table nook there for sims to enjoy sitting at the table using the computer. They will enjoy sitting resting on the armchair reading a book from the bookcase too. It looks nice how you have done the blue curtains there. The living room is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofa or armchair there watching tv. It is nice that sims can enjoy the sunshine coming in onto them through the day through the windows whilst sitting there. The floor rug looks nice with the colour of the seating. The plates decor is a nice homely touch on the wall. It looks very nice how you have done the curtains there. It looks very nice how you have placed the different colours of the same floor rug in the nursery room. It looks very effective!

Bitty Bit More is a very nice home! The exterior looks very nice! Very nice patio and balcony areas. It looks nice how you have placed the bird bath under the tree in the backyard. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. It looks nice how you have placed the floor rugs in the living room. Great window study desk nook area in the study room and the floral pattern on the walls looks nice.

The exterior design of Mid Mod Vonheiglesnitz is very nice! The roofing and the texture of the exterior looks very nice. It looks very nice how you have done the outdoors stairs. The curved balconies and the back patio look very nice. Very nice mid century modern furnishing of the home! The living room is very nice! The stone texture of the walls and the green colour of the walls look nice together. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa watching tv. Nice corner nook bar area for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. It looks nice how you have placed the windows either side on the corner walls there. The butterflies picyure is nice for sims to see whilst sitting having a drink. It looks very nice how you have a study windows alcove area off from the living room. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table there using the computer or reading a book from the bookcase. It looks very nice how you have placed the windows diagonally there! Very nice design and layout of the kitchen! The plsnts are nice touches on the table there. Nice side wall windows dining area for sims to enjoy eating their meals with the sunshine coming in onto them whilst eating. The outdoors art balcony nook is very nice for sims to enjoy painting on the easel there in the sunshine. Great indoors art studio area too. The wooden texture of the bedroom walls looks nice and restful for sleeping there.

I also uploaded some rooms that are in this version: Perfect Pastel Dining, Pretty Princess 2, Misty Delights, Bluebelle (kitchen), Misty Melodies & Misty Manor Living. The lot that I uploaded has a servant’s quarters and a bedroom/play room for two girls (since so many people seem to like pink girl’s rooms) on the 3rd fl. I’m thinking of doing a neutral child’s room and/or boy’s room and uploading the servants’ quarters so people can customize the third floor more.
I was playing it with a family that has one daughter and a couple that I’ve designated as the servants so I uploaded the daughter’s bedroom and play room. I liked that layout and girls room so I uploaded her rooms; Pretty Princess bedrm & Pretty Princess Play rm.
Might post more detailed pics of the interior later & I think I’ll upload my Elf on a Shelf lot this week.

Misty Manor is a very nice home! The exterior design of it is very nice! Very nice roofing! It looks nice how you have done the curved front porch,and have the two flights of stairs with the flowers in between them. Very nice fenced harvestable gardening area. It looks great how you have used the terrain paint to create a pathway to the garden area from the back porch. The upper balcony is nice. Very nice inner outdoors sunken down courtyard! The water fountain feature there looks so very nice., Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating outdoors their meals at the umbrella covered table, enjoying the very nice sight of the fountain and the flowers! Very nice layout of the interior of the home! It looks very nide how you have done the patterning on the floor in the entrance area! Nice staircase wall sitting area in the entry room. The flowers on the table there are nice for sims to see when comibg into the home.
It is a very nice home! I will look forward to seeing your Elf on a Shelf build when you post it

Ah treece, this made me smile.... a lot!! Thank you so very much!! Truth be told, I have not started up Sims 3 in awhile either! I have however been playing Sims 2! LOL Building for Sims 4, but playing Sims 2!

Your Elf on a shelf home is very nice! The roofing looks great! It looks very nice how you have done the front porch! The texture and design of the exterior looks very nice. The doll house looks great outside on the front area of the build and the gnomes look cute! The arch looks nice in the front garden. It is a nice sitting area for sims to enjoy resting on the nearby seat outdoors. It looks very nice how you have placed the outdoors flowers and used the terrain paint. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The red and green colour scheme of the interior looks very nice. It looks very nice how you have done the patterned floor rug at the front entrance area of the home! The gnomes are cute on the fireplace ledges! The bed pattern looks festive and it looks nice how you have place the angled green dressers either side of the bed. The way you have placed the floor rugs in the bedroom looks nice thrte too.
