  • Get To Work could definitely use a refresh. 1. We should be able to build functional Retail stores that work on their own, have sims come to the register. You know like in earlier The Sims games. Running Retail stores is a great feature, but they should be functional by themselves as well. 2. The hospital should be…
  • I do own a lot of them somewhere. For The Sims 1 sadly I think some discs got damaged and thus I don't have them anymore. For The Sims 2 I should still have all of them somewhere. For The Sims 3 I bought some digitally, but should still have all of them in disc form that I bought that way.
  • I got this for Christmas and I already have one major annoyance. First of all, don't get me wrong here. I'm going to be talking about the event "Pet Adoption Drive". I think this is a really neat idea and I also really like the pack integration. However... I wish the event was handled better than strays invading your unit.…
  • Yes, I've been creating them back since I began playing The Sims in 2003. I've never liked pictures taken of myself IRL so oftentimes these simselves I've made over the years are valuable insight into my styles from the past that I can't get from pictures of myself as they are so scarce. Lol I have become a lot more…
  • Doors need decor slots. Putting decor on doors IRL is a very common practice, as we all know with Christmas wreaths, but also wreaths for other seasons and other decor.
  • Making a pack that is all about apartments and other multi-residence lots and not giving us any really large lots in the world included is a real darn shame.
  • I'm not completely opposed to the presence of occults. It's just that for me, not many of them appeal to me. Of the ancient Greek ones I would like, pegasus would be the one, but that isn't happening as horses are a feature in Horse Ranch and not the game in general. I'd like a world that is fully fleshed out ancient Greek…
  • As always... for the past twenty years... I am once again asking for a playable woodwind/brass instrument. A historical EP is high on the list for me. Preferably something like ancient Greece, since that'd be different from the The Sims Medieval. I feel like medieval is a bit overdone and is usually represented in a…
  • Well, since Stuff Packs were gone for a long time and then returned, I can't say that we'll never see another Game Pack. For sure, Horse Ranch should have been a Game Pack. I have no idea what EA was thinking. (I know, they were thinking of money). It's like they have just upgraded (in name only) any Game Packs they make…
  • Well back when I got into The Sims twenty years ago I was a teenage girl and also LGBT (bi), so... I can't speak for everyone, but some of us started back when we were the target audience and have stayed. I'll never be too old for life sims!
  • Seasons - 3 Cats and Dogs - 3 Horse Ranch - 3 City Living - 3 Dine Out - 2 Laundry Day - 1 That's a rough one. Thank goodness it isn't reality. lol. City Living I chose primarily for the shallow reason to have fireworks for Seasons holidays, there are so many other EPs I could substitute in there like Get to Work. =/
  • -Snow depth, of course. (the fact that even Snowy Escape - a pack that literally had snow in its title - couldn't give us snow depth is...quite something. That's putting it very nicely.) -For trees to flower in the Spring and then turn into leaves going into the Summer (and also fix those trees that are eternally in bloom,…
  • When I get it, I definitely would like to create little neighborhoods in the biggest lots in the worlds I play. Apartments, too. Also, when I'm playing a family and gets multi-generational, I'd put the older generation(s) in their own rooms so they become NPCs and so I don't have to feel so inclined to micromanage them.…
  • The Star Wars pack. Of course, it's so not to my liking that I never got it to begin with and never will.
  • Brindleton Bay has been my favorite for a long time, and in fact it is my favorite in The Sims series as a whole. I have always loved coastal New England. In fact, I am looking to move to New England IRL. I got to visit recently and found the coastal towns to be every bit as beautiful as I'd hoped. It seems like Brindleton…
  • Scandinavia, Canada, France, Greece.
  • When it goes on sale and is priced like a GP maybe. I like what it adds, but it doesn't add enough to justify its base price. Also, I'm in the process of moving and I just don't have spending money anymore.
  • I'm in my mid-30s. Does that really make me one of the "older" generations now? lol. I guess, since I can say I started playing The Sims two whole decades ago, it's true! Wow.
  • I appreciate representing more cultures, but I personally just can't with tropical worlds. They're so boring to play for me, as they don't have seasons. So, if I ever get this EP, I will be playing its features in a different world.
  • I don't mind the idea of having mold as an issue to deal with in the game, but the death making the sim look like a zombie is certainly a bit disturbing.
  • I'm very relieved that I was wrong in assuming that because the description said something about two families in a lot, that would be the limit overall. But, sadly, what we have here is another Game Pack-sized pack being released as an Expansion Pack. It's bad enough that this couldn't have just been in City Living, it's…
  • I do kinda understand their point, though. Don't get me wrong, not giving EA any excuses to exclude cars as they have. I just think that The Sims 4's worlds are awkwardly formatted for cars. The Sims 2, despite not being open-world, was formatted in such a way that each lot was up against a road (and featured nice…
  • Not sure about your hero idea, but I would like the "classical" era. Also colonial.
  • I play with walls up almost all of the time, because I find that so much more immersive. I probably have a much slower play style than others, so it doesn't bother me.
  • It stayed in the 30s all day! Quite chilly for October. Can't say I'm complaining much, though. It's great weather to sleep under all of my covers, and the leaves should really start getting pretty now.
  • IRL, I'm very much a dog person, so I have to vote dogs, naturally! However, I also love horses! I am glad they are in the game now. The bunnies are adorable, too! We had wild bunnies in our yard earlier this year. They were sooo cute, and the ones in the game are cute, too!
  • I can't see why this wasn't implemented in City Life or whatever that pack was called. I mean, apartments have now appeared in TWO different past packs (City Life and Eco Living - names may be off, my brain isn't working this morning, sorry lol). EA, SMH. Also, if this really is only two families to a lot, that's really…
  • I'm not an occult player so I can't really speak on this. One thing I like about the occults in this game is that they're not in your face. Well, aside from that one vampire that comes at night sometimes, that's annoying. I want to hate the werewolves but I can't. Their design is ridiculously goofy, almost to the point of…
  • I adore holidays! IRL, Christmas is my favorite. I'm not religious, I celebrate it as a celebration of winter, which is my favorite season. So naturally I celebrate it in the game, as well! I love decorating so much IRL and in game! I was so happy when I was able to learn how to do custom content, because then I started…
  • I would love Scandinavian or Canadian. I have two custom content Scandinavian worlds in The Sims 3 and they are beautiful. I love the aesthetic so much. Otherwise, I'll be boring and say Western Europe. But it's been done several times now.
