It may look like it is multiple levels, but it is not. I kept it at one level per your request. The entrance foyer is a step-down from the reception area, but once you step up to reception, the entire salon is on one level. The varying heights of the building as seen in the pics is done with the CFE cheat to make some sections look higher but there is only one level on which the salon is located.
So you have Foyer, Reception, Two Nail Stations, Two Styling Stations, Guest Lounge and 2 restrooms. One of these restrooms can be converted to the storage area you wanted. There are several outdoor areas for enjoyment; a courtyard and an enclosed patio. There is also a parking area.
As you can see, there is lots of Store content and SP's, but NO CC.

Just for clarification, you want it all just one level... correct? Is this a build you are trying to base your real life business on? (Would you be considering showing these as inspiration when you go to draft the actual building.) Do you have any color scheme preference?
Can we use Dr. Pepper items (such as the ones that are now free through the "ingame" store?)
Just wondering. Since they cannot get their nails and hair done on sims, do you want us to leave an empty space where that would be?
They can get their hair done, just not nails. That came with Ambitions. You could just be creative and make it out of something else if you don't have it. I wish they would add nails to it.. Me being a Nail Technician and all, it would be nice to have my career in my game! Lol!
I´m giving my Hidden Springs a make-over, and a Salon sounds like something I really need in my town.
I am not sure if I can make the Salon before the end of the contest, but I will certainly give it a try.

2 floors.First floor has got all that you need for your job(storage area,little cafeteria,waiting room,childs room and the main room)The Second floor is the home,kitchen,bathroom,bedroom.

Included as requested a reception/waiting area or as you call it the office area hehe, a storage room stock full of goodies, a section for hair with styling booths and dressers, a wash room for washing hair, 2 bathrooms 1 men 1 women, and the nails section for manicures and pedicures.
