Hi,

The Fire truck could be decorative object, it could be put at one spot in the neighborhood when the sims go to an emergency.
The rest of the gameplay from TS3 Ambitions could work with TS4, even a fire pole could be added.

These rescuers could also save the sims stuck in caves or tunnels (Moonwood Mill) or at the top of a mountain (Mt Komorebi)
Once rescued, evacuate them by helicopter (animation similar to alien abduction).

I would also add a First Aid Kit allowing the sims to heal faster the injures (moodlets).

There's just one medicine bottle that cures everything. Maybe if they have this first aid kit in their house they could access the medicine instantly without having to go buy it first? My sims usually keep a bottle of medicine on a shelf in their kitchen and they drink that when they need it. In my view it's more like a herbal syrup that helps with healing.

For example I was thinking about healing Dazed moodlet obtained after losing a fight, electrocution/lightning moodlet or ski/snowboard injures.

I also think that Clumsy sims should have a first aid kit in their home.
