I decided I had left the Spencer-Kim household alone for far too long. Today I knocked down their mansion and replaced it with what could best be described as sort of a gothic prison. Notice the barred windows that are up high so that they can't look out of them. And just to annoy them further, all of their overhead lights are disco balls

Nowadays when I play TS4, I'm pretty much just building. I decided to build this outdoor bar in Strangerville. But why black? Since Strangerville is in the desert, it gets really hot....and black is the hottest color there is in the sun. Of course, the bathroom has no privacy, and I didn't bother to give this bar any lights; I say let 'em drink in the dark
Now this is strange. It's Ghost Night at the bar, and apparently Katrina Caliente (in the hot dog costume) is dead. This save doesn't have aging on, and it wasn't that long ago that I played their household, and she was fine. I wonder what happened to her?

Whenever I start a new save, I always delete the "new and improved" Calientes and replace them with the classic ones from the gallery; I stopped by the Caliente residence, and you can see that Katrina is fine. So is the ghost the new Katrina? But I deleted her, so how?

After driving across country I have come to the conclusion that there is a decided trend toward painting houses and businesses black. Why? I have no clue.

Honestly, I'm not sure if I have that turned on or not....I'll have to check that. But yes....occassionally, things happen in the game that I cannot explain. Unsolved mysteries, if you will lol

He got dazed and tried to flirt with his neighbor Penny Pizzazz, but she wasn't impressed...
When he finally fell asleep Vlad broke in but he wasn't able to enter Andre's bedroom. Vlad tried to look menacing but he looked more like pathetic. He gave up and left. Andre never found out that a vampire visited his apartment.

The whole reason he built this addition was because he caught two fish that were too cool to sell or eat. A skeleton fish and a "gummy guppie" (which looks like a candy gummy fish). He needed somewhere better to put their fish bowls than in the middle of his one room workshop-home. So here they are in their new place.
But now he also has a cozy room for reading or working on small projects.
Andre had tried to romance Penny Pizzazz for a while and finally he succeeded. Penny came to visit him and the evening ended up in the steamy shower.
He's a bit of a player and he's also woohooing with one of his co-workers. Penny got pregnant, so he´s going to have to make some difficult decisions soon.
I've been building shady residential rentals again. This one is underground, with access from the little shed above ground. Nothing like staring at gray cinderblock walls in your own personal underground dungeon....
And this is the sim I picked to live there, Hali'a Paoa. Since it's a residential rental, I couldn't put any sim I wanted in there, I had to pick from the list of 4. She's a vampire; didn't know that when I chose her. And of course, she got a bit of a makeover....
