The design and layout of Corner Marketplace is very nice!

The awnings are a nice touch on the windows. It is great that there is a library, coffee shop and diner in the one lot! The car parking spots look great! The clock is a great touch in the build. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the places! The red and white colour scheme and the brick texture of the Diner looks very nice. The floor rugs add a very nice look to the Diner. Very nice white and black colour scheme of the coffee shop. It looks very nice the types of dining tables and chairs that you have used in the two places and how they have been placed, for Sims to enjoy eating a meal or having a cup of coffee. The food and drink photos on the Diner wall is a great touch. It is nice that there is an outdoors dining areas as well. The wall paneling in the library looks very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table in the comfortable looking leather seats having a read of a book, or enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer.
It is a very nice combined venues place for sims to enjoy visiting!

@BreeMiles , Corner Marketplace looks great, so much in one lot. I especially love the coffee shop, very attractive and beautifully decorated. Makes me want to build a restaurant again, lol

It was great reading about the things that have been occurring at the Corner Market Place!

You would have been very surprised when these things occurred! I am sorry that Mortimer got struck by lightning but glad that he survived! It is special that the sim was about to give birth, but it is better for her that she goes to the Hospital and not as your Diner!
You would enjoy looking forward to seeing what happens next at the Matketplace!

Highland Grill is a very nice restaurant for Sims to enjoy dining at!

Very nice design of the exterior and the layout of the venue! It is very nice that there are both outdoors and inside dining. The glass roof tiling on the outdoors dining area is very nice! Sims will enjoy dining there will sunlight coming in through the roofing. The floor rugs are a nice touch under the tables.The flowers and plants in the front area of the venue, greenery on the wall and water fountain feature look so very pretty! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the restaurant . The colour scheme is very nice. It looks very nice how the tables and chairs have been set up for dining. The fireplace will keep the Sims warm whilst dining there, and stone wall texture of the fireplace and bar counter dining areas looks very nice. Very nice corner sofa seats sitting nook, for chatting with other sims. The pictures on the walls add a nice look the venue, and the orange coloured ceiling lights look nice. Sims will also enjoy having food and drinks from the buffet table and fountain. It is great that there is also a bed area too, for the owner Sim to have a sleep and rest there.
Sims will enjoy dining there!

Oh my, another fabulous looking restaurant! Love the color combinations you chose for the interiors, it's really striking. I got a kick out of the sim sleeping on the couch in the restaurant, lol.

Highland Grill is a superb restaurant/work, dear @BreeMiles !

The top floor is outstanding and reminds to me a very popular and oldest restaurant in Jerez, called "La Vega"

Keep Dry Fishing Park is very nice!

It is great that there is glass roofing over the pond so that Sims can continue to enjoy fishing when it is raining. The plants, flowers and trees look very nice in the Park areas! Very nice kids play area where they can enjoy swinging on the swings and playing on the pirate ship. The cherry blossom tree looks very pretty there! Very nice outdoors dining area for Sims to enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating the meals in the outdoors air at the picnic table . The pathways through the park look great.
It is a very nice Fishing Park!
