Yesterday I added the teapot houses and sims to "china town" in Oz. These lots were added in world editor and the routing isn't so hot, so I will be putting in them my new Oz-Populated world.
This is very interesting build. I don't have the recommended sims video card I wonder if I could play it. I would love to watch a Let's play with this world on youtube.
I downloaded and played your Oz world, Karilyn. It's simply lovely! I'll have to open it up again and replay Dorothy. I downloaded the families too. Had to make a new Sims 3 folder and so I lost the game I had going.
I made 3 families of China people - Lennox, Mikasa, and something else - they are in my studio. It was a lot of fun! Highly recommend!

Hi!! Thanks for commenting and playing I am making some fixes to the world as I playtest and I will either be uploading a save or uploading an improved version, with population, depending on how CAW is now that it's been updated.

If you can play other Sims worlds then give it a try. I do use some basic mods when I play but its not necessary. It is a large world so the mods help me keep things clean as I play on my laptop.

I'm reinstalling the world and may be doing some revisions to make it run better. I couldn't play it for long on my old laptop. I'll be culling some of the unnecessary items as well.

The first one was really laggy. It was my first world build. I made a simpler version that plays better.
