I just redeemed my EA Account Balance for sim points, purchasing 3762 points. I received a free item (a coffee table), which is showing up in my purchase history. Then I bought the new gaming tables set and a couple of clothing items that are on sale and were in my wish list. NONE of them are showing up in my purchase history. I was just about to purchase the Bahhaus set, but I seriously can't do that if my purchases are somehow missing. My new points balance is 3136, so you definitely took my $$.
So. Not. Happy.

Haha, I'm sure you'll track them down But I probably would contact customer support at some point just to be on the safe side!
A lot of simmers have reported this as being a problem the last couple of days.
And although customer service has been seriously awesome during three previous occasions, this time the rep sounded like he was on drugs and admitted to me that everyone told him that he was too arrogant. Who was unable to get the set to appear in my PH... :roll:
And for the first time, I'm changing my password and anything else I can change. That dood was loser city.
Who just sent me an email, apparently he considers my issue resolved and would I care to send EA a message stating how well he did? Er, dood was nuts and needs to be fired.
Edit to add: It only happens to items I purchase on the sales page.
I was successful downloading it from the item page itself.. but what a pain
Take a screenie of each page that shows the download button next to your purchased items, so you have proof of purchase. When they finally get this sorted out, you may have to prove that the item belongs to you, before it is put on the PH page.
Some of us make our purchases off one device/computer and then download from our PH on our gaming computer, later. It is a large inconvenience to have to look up each particular purchase, in order to download. I think it is time for some scheduled maintenance, to fix this really annoying error.

I've contacted CS 2 times and they haven't made me so much happy.
I'll wait if gurus will make something - they're more competent than people from CS with who I've spoken in past.

I purchased something on Monday that didn't show up in my purchase history. This is a first for me. Even though it wasn't in my PH, I was able to download it from the store. Since I was traveling the remainder of this week, I couldn't call EA. I kept checking my PH on my cell phone browser and it wasn't showing up. In the mean time, I bought another item via my cell phone while on the road and it did show in my PH, even though the earlier item was still missing. I got home late last night, worked all day today and was finally able to get online and check. YAY! It is there now! So maybe it is just a temporary glitch from earlier in the week and is now fixed.
I tried to contact CS but they changed everything on the help pages and now you can't chat with someone. They have a call back service for Canada and the US but if you're in another country like I am (Finland) there is just NOTHING. No email address, no live chat option, just a big *BLEEP* YOU and "Hahahaha we have your money and you can't do anything!" (Of course, both sentiments are implied by their blank page with no options to speak to customer service in any way, shape or fashion!!)
I'm really not impressed. Customer Service NEEDS a way for people from all countries to contact them!
