SimGurus!!! My purchases!

I just redeemed my EA Account Balance for sim points, purchasing 3762 points. I received a free item (a coffee table), which is showing up in my purchase history. Then I bought the new gaming tables set and a couple of clothing items that are on sale and were in my wish list. NONE of them are showing up in my purchase history. I was just about to purchase the Bahhaus set, but I seriously can't do that if my purchases are somehow missing. My new points balance is 3136, so you definitely took my $$.

So. Not. Happy.

    If you go into the store again you should be able to download them from directly from there. I would probably contact customer support if they're not in your purchase history but you should be able to get your content now at least.

    Haha, I'm sure you'll track them down :wink: But I probably would contact customer support at some point just to be on the safe side!

    Same thing here. Bought the new roulette & poker table. They are not showing up in my history, but when I go to the store set, the big blue *download* button appears. I downloaded them directly from the store.

    A lot of simmers have reported this as being a problem the last couple of days.

    yes, me too.

    And although customer service has been seriously awesome during three previous occasions, this time the rep sounded like he was on drugs and admitted to me that everyone told him that he was too arrogant. Who was unable to get the set to appear in my PH... :roll:

    And for the first time, I'm changing my password and anything else I can change. That dood was loser city.

    Who just sent me an email, apparently he considers my issue resolved and would I care to send EA a message stating how well he did? Er, dood was nuts and needs to be fired.

    Same thing happened to me with the Castle Kits set. It is not in my purchase history. I also tried CS and the rep could not resolve it and closed the case. I tried again and it still could not be fixed. I was invited to call again to try a CS Specialist today.

    Edit to add: It only happens to items I purchase on the sales page.

    Yesterday's purchases are not showing up for me, either. PH is broken.

    Take a screenie of each page that shows the download button next to your purchased items, so you have proof of purchase. When they finally get this sorted out, you may have to prove that the item belongs to you, before it is put on the PH page.

    Some of us make our purchases off one device/computer and then download from our PH on our gaming computer, later. It is a large inconvenience to have to look up each particular purchase, in order to download. I think it is time for some scheduled maintenance, to fix this really annoying error.

    OMG, I just checked my Purchase History. All my recent purchases are showing EXCEPT the copy of the Poker set I bought for myself--the gifted copy is showing twice, but I am able to download the set from the store! I guess I have to contact CS now too :roll:

    The new poker set isn't showing up in my Purchase History either. I hope the store can fix this issue soon.

    The same for me - purchased roulette set is not showing in my PH. I've taken screenshots while purchasing, but I'll not contact CS yet, as this is common issue especially for this new set.
    I've contacted CS 2 times and they haven't made me so much happy.
    I'll wait if gurus will make something - they're more competent than people from CS with who I've spoken in past.

    Sorry for editing my comments frequently, in most cases I'm doing this due language issues (english isn't my native language, but I'm using english, because most used by people, with who I want to communicate).

    Just got the basketball hoop in the sale and it's not in my purchase history either. I put it on my wishlist first though so I have easy access to it at least but I hope they sort this soon.

    It's not in my PH either. I purchased one other item on 5/2 and it's showing up fine.

    :( I had a post about this. I finally called EA help, though they were nice, it never was fixed and they closed the complaint. However, they did see that I had bought the gambling set, and made note of it. So at least EA will know that I own it, if I need to re-download it. The main store pages have a habit of losing the fact you own something, and the history page is the only proof. EA does not seem to want to acknowledge the issue, let alone fix it.

    @citytube I was just reading your thread about this issue. I hope it gets fixed. I re-downloaded all of my store content a few months ago in order to reinstall, and counted on everything being there. Hopefully, I won't need to download everything again, but if I do, it should be fun trying to track everything down without a reliable PH. Fingers crossed it's a temporary glitch that's resolved soon.

    I purchased something on Monday that didn't show up in my purchase history. This is a first for me. Even though it wasn't in my PH, I was able to download it from the store. Since I was traveling the remainder of this week, I couldn't call EA. I kept checking my PH on my cell phone browser and it wasn't showing up. In the mean time, I bought another item via my cell phone while on the road and it did show in my PH, even though the earlier item was still missing. I got home late last night, worked all day today and was finally able to get online and check. YAY! It is there now! So maybe it is just a temporary glitch from earlier in the week and is now fixed. :mrgreen:

    They better fix this--AND FAST!

    I tried to contact CS but they changed everything on the help pages and now you can't chat with someone. They have a call back service for Canada and the US but if you're in another country like I am (Finland) there is just NOTHING. No email address, no live chat option, just a big *BLEEP* YOU and "Hahahaha we have your money and you can't do anything!" (Of course, both sentiments are implied by their blank page with no options to speak to customer service in any way, shape or fashion!!)

    I'm really not impressed. Customer Service NEEDS a way for people from all countries to contact them!
