    What Made You Happy Today?

    I am sure that everyone on the forums has either participated in @rosemow 's support thread, but if not at the very least has heard of it. When I went on today to go and see how everyone was fairing, I was feeling a little down so I shared something that made me happy today. It was something so simple and yet it made my day seem better. So I thought, why not let everyone share something that made them happy during the day? It'd be great to see everyone on the forums looking at things in a positive way and I think it'd be fun to see what brings people a little smile.

    Now, for what made me happy today? My nails not chipping after work!

      Thanks. :) A bottleneck just means that one part is slowing the whole thing down, like when a road narrows and causes traffic to crawl to a stop.

      It's sort of like what Americans call jerky, but it's juicy and soft.

      I love jerky! But I can't eat it too much because it's loaded with sodium. Well, a lot of things I eat are high in sodium, but this one seems especially bad.
