Other~ (Describe here anything that you would really like.) I don't mind CAP. I've been wanting an apartment/duplex or regular home build just like or similar to this. A different color scheme or style would be fine. Design Seeds is a good site if you need color combination ideas. Another idea for homes would be something Asian themed or influenced, Mediterranean, or Bohemian. I also like cottages and 50/60's style homes. My favorite things to do in the game are gardening and cooking. I usually play with sims who have the green thumb, bookworm, artistic, natural cook traits. My favorite supernatural sims are faeries, and witches. I've been curious to play with aliens, plantsims, and mermaids. Normal sims are just fine - I always enjoy playing with them too. It would be nice to have some sort of camp-ground lot - I don't think I've seen one before.

My sims almost always need a green house but rarely use a home pool. I like lots to be weather friendly (therefore the greenhouse ) and zombie proof. If I think of more I will update!

It really depends on what I'm building. I may edit this if I have more ideas... I love using the Stone's Throw Greenhouse! And I use my world items a lot I think. EDIT: All in all, looking through my Purchase History, my fave sets are the Stone Throws Greenhouse, Mother Russia, and the Cirque Set, I'd say Doesn't mean I use them all the time but i love them

Hmmm... It varies. My fave world is Monte Vista, but I play with most of them pretty evenly, some less. I don't use Roaring Heights or Starlight Shores much, as I don't really like the style of builds there for some reason!
I enjoy this style of build the most:
Fantasy, Faire Folk, Good Family Homes for large amounts of Sims furnished with woods. I love wood! It's beautiful and I always love it in my homes I do like Modern, if it's clean and white: I hate modern that's all concrete grey. If you want an example, look for the big house in Lucky Palms: the Claw: eww! I don't like that style at all Other than that I'm open minded... Fantasy, Modern, whatever I'm also a fan of Fairy Tales like Alice in Wonderland

Nothing to do with the Showtime Careers or Pets... As I don't have Pets I've already said I don't like some style of modern, and in a household, sexist as this may sound, I don't enjoy all-male households. I prefer female characters for some reason :oops:

-Houses, I love... Some of you may know I have a thing for wrap around porches Literally, if I see them I squeal inside. Roofing is possibly my weakest point of building, so I love a well roofed house with wrap around balconies, of any of the styles above. Although I like all sizes for different families, houses with room for a large household are possibly a bigger want as I tend to end up with huge families, not wanting to kick anyone out. And I can't find the time to do spacious houses for myself. But I like all sizes! Apartments with room for more than just 1 sim are always good, too!
-Community Lots I always like! I get bored with the pre-made ones. Consignment Stores, Gymns, Art Galleries, anything tbh.
So yeah although I may have sounded really picky, I am actually pretty broad with my tastes I hope I haven't been too vague with all my answers... At the same time I hope I haven't been too over-detailed and specific! :oops: I really do like all sorts of styles and so on

Some of my favorite Colors are: Cream, almost all shades of greens, blues. Warm colors are lovely, as are cold. I'm really easy when it comes to that.
I really don't like this Color: Purple and brown. I generally avoid using those two colors, apart from a few specific shades of them.
I love to use this set: Ooooh, I can't pick one... ACK! Too many sets I love. Though I am certain that the upcoming Bakery set combined with the Boheme set are going to be my favorite useables for a long time to come. I also do love the I the 50's set!
I play mostly in this world: I toodle around in all the worlds, depending on which family I play with. Even a few usermade worlds. When I build however, I tend to prefer building in Sunset Valley or Riverview.
I enjoy this style of build the most: Any. I am easy to please!
I really don't want this in my game: CC. I can't stress that enough. CC is a no-go for me, it's messed up my game once and I don't wanna risk it again.
I would like lots of the following sizes: 20x30, 30x20, 30x40, 40x40. Those are the ones I like the most, bigger lots tend to slow my game down a bit.
I enjoy/don't enjoy berry, occult sims, etc.: I don't really have an interest in Berry Sims. Occults I'm a bit iffy about, I do like them, but I very rarely play them.
I would/would not enjoy pets in the household: No pets is probably best for me. Again, I like them, but I never play with them.
Other: I would really like you to have fun. Go nuts and be really creative, make me something that YOU think is fun and that you think I'd get some good laughs out of. I always have a need for a fresh supply of male Sims (*cough*), quirky houses are always a hit and so are female Sims with a spunky personality and a good background story. I'm really easy to please, the thought alone that YOU spent time and effort on making me something is what matters to me, so what ever you come up with will be greatly treasured .

I really really really love detailed and extensive landscaping. I rarely ever play with homes that are more than four bedrooms. Although I like large homes, I don't like large spaces. I prefer everything be filled in/decorated/cozy. I refuse to put CC into my game, so please understand this. I also enjoy community lots, and would absolutely love a cafe/bar/club/etc. I also love nerd hangouts, and comic book shops/arcades. Also now that I've got Into The Future + Oasis Landing, I could use some more lots/sims to use in Oasis Landing.

I really don't want this in my game:
- Preferably no steampunk themes
I would like lots of the following sizes:
- Anything from whatever the smallest lot is to whatever the biggest lot is It depends on what is on the lot. For example, if it's a country cottage, I'd rather not have it on the biggest lot, unless most of it is landscaping
I just love houses of any type and size because the more choice my simmies have in where to live, the better
- I would also love any custom community lots, particular smaller ones so I can better fit them into worlds
I enjoy/don't enjoy berry, occult sims, etc.
- Neutral towards berry sims (I don't think I have ever had one, so it might be fun to try it out once!)
- LOVE FAIRIES! (You might be able to tell from my avatar )
- Haven't tried werewolf, but am not particularly keen on them
- Vampires okay but am not overly fond of them, unless they had a particularly interesting personality.
- Haven't tried genie or plantsim, but would definitely like to at some stage They look fun!

- My households tend to be either strictly filled with pets, or strictly filled with only people, but I have wanted to get more use out of pets, so yes to pets Love the cute factor! It would be nice to have some pets ^_^ I'm not very good at creating pets, so I would love to have some nice pets! Cats, dogs, or horses

- Pretty much anything! I just love having new stuff to put into my game I'm sure that I will love whatever you make!
- Young adult males would be nice, as I tend to start off with a female and then have them marry a townie Although sims in general with interesting backstories/ personalities always loved as I tend to make similar sims
- Recolours always loved Recolours of anything and everything, but I have a particular excitement when I see recoloured rugs/mats because I have so much trouble designing the patterns for those myself ^^;
- Any kind of build would be lovely, as I am a beginner builder Community lots would be nice.
- I'd like to think that I'm pretty easy to please I like nearly everything. I have pretty broad tastes

I don't mind CAP. I've been wanting an apartment/duplex or regular home build just like or similar to this. A different color scheme or style would be fine. Design Seeds is a good site if you need color combination ideas. Another idea for homes would be something Asian themed or influenced, Mediterranean, or Bohemian. I also like cottages and 50/60's style homes. My favorite things to do in the game are gardening and cooking. I usually play with sims who have the green thumb, bookworm, artistic, natural cook traits. My favorite supernatural sims are faeries, and witches. I've been curious to play with aliens, plantsims, and mermaids. Normal sims are just fine - I always enjoy playing with them too. It would be nice to have some sort of camp-ground lot - I don't think I've seen one before.

I play mostly in this world: I toodle around in all the worlds, depending on which family I play with. Even a few usermade worlds. When I build however, I tend to prefer building in Sunset Valley or Riverview.

I really don't want this in my game: CC. I can't stress that enough. CC is a no-go for me, it's messed up my game once and I don't wanna risk it again.
I would like lots of the following sizes: 20x30, 30x20, 30x40, 40x40. Those are the ones I like the most, bigger lots tend to slow my game down a bit.

I would/would not enjoy pets in the household: No pets is probably best for me. Again, I like them, but I never play with them.
Other: I would really like you to have fun. Go nuts and be really creative, make me something that YOU think is fun and that you think I'd get some good laughs out of. I always have a need for a fresh supply of male Sims (*cough*), quirky houses are always a hit and so are female Sims with a spunky personality and a good background story. I'm really easy to please, the thought alone that YOU spent time and effort on making me something is what matters to me, so what ever you come up with will be greatly treasured

I love pastels (greens, blues, yellows), any shade of green, beige, black, grey, light browns/toffee, deep reds/pale reds, etc.
I really don't like this Color:
I really don't like dark brown or orange.
I love to use this set:
I use Ultra lounge bath in a lot of my homes.
I play mostly in this world:

I enjoy this style of build the most:
I enjoy Mediterranean, Modern/contemporary, Victorian, Neoclassical, and Colonial/Georgian styles.
I really don't want this in my game:
I really don't like ranch styled homes, at all.
I would like lots of the following sizes:
30x30-50x50. 20x20 or below is also fine.
I enjoy/don't enjoy berry, occult sims, etc:
I don't enjoy berry sims. The occult sims I do enjoy are mermaids. (I actually love mermaids, hint hint.)
I would/would not enjoy pets in the household:
No pets.

I really really really love detailed and extensive landscaping. I rarely ever play with homes that are more than four bedrooms. Although I like large homes, I don't like large spaces. I prefer everything be filled in/decorated/cozy. I refuse to put CC into my game, so please understand this. I also enjoy community lots, and would absolutely love a cafe/bar/club/etc. I also love nerd hangouts, and comic book shops/arcades. Also now that I've got Into The Future + Oasis Landing, I could use some more lots/sims to use in Oasis Landing.

I haven't listed any of the single items that I own (except for premium content), but I own quite a bit of fully completed compilations and sets, so whatever you might want to use is probably fine

- I have a special fondness for cute builds, like country cottages
- Farm themes are lovely, and a house with use of a greenhouse and the tractor would be nice
- I also like Victorian themed builds a lot
- Modern styles are great too
- Basically anything except steampunk.
I really don't want this in my game:
- Preferably no steampunk themes
I would like lots of the following sizes:
- Anything from whatever the smallest lot is to whatever the biggest lot is
I just love houses of any type and size because the more choice my simmies have in where to live, the better
- I would also love any custom community lots, particular smaller ones so I can better fit them into worlds
I enjoy/don't enjoy berry, occult sims, etc.
- Neutral towards berry sims (I don't think I have ever had one, so it might be fun to try it out once!)
- LOVE FAIRIES! (You might be able to tell from my avatar
- Haven't tried werewolf, but am not particularly keen on them
- Vampires okay but am not overly fond of them, unless they had a particularly interesting personality.
- Haven't tried genie or plantsim, but would definitely like to at some stage
- Mermaids would be neat too
I would/would not enjoy pets in the household
- My households tend to be either strictly filled with pets, or strictly filled with only people, but I have wanted to get more use out of pets, so yes to pets
Other~ (Describe here anything that you would really like.)
- Pretty much anything! I just love having new stuff to put into my game
- Young adult males would be nice, as I tend to start off with a female and then have them marry a townie
- Recolours always loved
- Any kind of build would be lovely, as I am a beginner builder
- I'd like to think that I'm pretty easy to please
