I got the limited edition of the sims 3 island paradise and I redeemed the code for barnacle bay and the survival pack. So where do i go to download the content into my game?
If you redeemed the code on thesims3.com you should see your items in your purchase history on the store side: store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

I bought a physical copy of the Island Paradise but registered the Exclusive Limited Edition Content code in Origin. I thought I could just go to the Purchase History page to get it but it is not showing up there. I also went to /incentive/islandredemption site and it tells me to redeem the code still. When entered, it's already been used. Might I know where I could download it since it's not appearing in my Purchase History?

I tried again, still not there. I didn't mention that every time I try to get to the Purchase History takes very long. This time I had to try 3 times until I finally managed. See the result:

Hey there,
unfortunately you consumed the code somewhere else that it is not intended. As mentioned on the first page, you can't redeem 16 digit codes for the LE content or the Origin Exclusive on Origin.
You would have to call CS to get a new code.

I pre ordered the digital copy of Island Paradise and got everything on the 25th of June except the code for Barnacle Bay, still waiting for the email. I contacted Origin, no response. Why haven't I received the code? This is July 3rd and still waiting.
I bought and downloaded the sims 3 world adventures off of origin last night but when I try to enter the product code given to me I just get the message
"The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit."
After reading the first post I see that it should already be auto-registered onto my sims account. However, if I try to download the world adventures "explorer's loot" I am getting this message
"You must register The Sims 3 World Adventures to download this item. Would you like to register now?"
Does anyone know what the problem may be and if so how I can fix it?

A friend purchased the Sims 3 70s, 8s and 90s Stuff Pack for me a nd gave me the code. I redeemed the code successfully via Origin but now that I want to download it, it says I cannot as the Sims 3 Base game is not compatible as it was not installed though Origin. It says I must uninstall my current Base game then download it via Origin. I cannot do this as I do not own the base game to digitally download with Origin I purchased a disc copy from a store. Has the money spent on this Sims 3 70s, 8s and 90s Stuff Pack has been wasted? What should I do?

This is true if you install origin and that you use the same account that you use here.
I bought alot of EP and stuff packs via Origin last month and its not showing as registered on my page its only showing the four I bought as disks. I don't understand as to why after almost a month they aren't showing up?? Is there a way for this to be sorted?

Now i am facing another issue, my laptop in a deer need of formatting,so i will lose all my installed games. I have hard copies of all my games(already registered here)but i have noticed that registy code of my base game is lost. Somehow during game updates,i have downloaded origin on my laptop but I have never used/enteedr origin before, i am not even sure if i have an account or not.
Can i still have my registry code fm there? or what can you advise me about it?
Also one more thing, i have read at another game forum that if ur game is still installed on ur computer,you can learn ur ur registry code as below:
You need to be signed in as an Adminstrator first. Windows may require your permission to open the
Registry Editor and if so, just click on yes.
1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type regedit in the search bar and press Enter.
2. Click on 'File' at the top left of the window that opens then click on 'Export'.
3. Choose a location and name for the file as this will be your backup registry file.
4. Click Save.
5. This backup is created just as a precaution.
Now to find your serial codes for each specific EP or SP installed on your computer:
1. Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder.
2. Expand the SOFTWARE folder
• For 64-bit systems, expand Wow6432Node
1. Expand the Electronic Arts folder.
2. Expand the Sims folder
3. Expand the EP or SP you need the code for
4. Click on ergc and in the box to the right under 'Data' you will see the code
5. You will have to manually write the code down somewhere as you can't copy and paste.
6. You will need to expand each individual EP/SP and click on the corresponding ergc line for each serial code needed.
Once you have the serial codes written down just close the file. If it asks you to save any changes, answer no. If it did ask for changes then you didn't follow these steps. I usually close the file by clicking on the red 'X' at the top right corner.
Please note: NO CHANGES are made to the Registry if you follow these instructions so you have nothing to fear
I've been registering my games all night (first time doing it ever), and almost all of my games gone through except 2 or 3. however i'm an origin user shouldn't they been autoregistered? and i've never gotten stuuf you get from registering your game, like the simpoints from world adventures. so going on? please help!

Are you using this same account to log into origin? if you do and you have the games registered you should see all the game tiles there since you have registered the codes.
