      It sounds like you just recently got Sims 4 Base as well as some family packs along with the recent pre-order of Horse Ranch.
      May I suggest that you also get the following packs:
      Cottage Living
      Cats & Dogs
      Get Together
      Outdoor Retreat
      Little Campers
      Seasons

      These packs will go perfectly with what you have now. Also, congrats for waiting almost 9 years before getting Sims 4. Very smart. ;)

      After my teen sim quits her job she’s going to be in online school/homeschool because she wants to go back to high school to learn more things when you guys add homeschool/online school to the sims 4 she just dropped out of high school and she can’t wait to go back to school (online school/homeschool not public school) so she learn like I said new things like business class and language arts class

      I got the sims 4 in 2020 and I started buying packs for it in 2021 and I still buy them today

      i wish newborns will be freed from their cribs just like the infants to be held outside their cribs in their mothers arms and in a carrier i wish they made strollers for them too

      please add an interactive hospital an interactive dentists office and an interactive doctors office to the sims 4

      please add a children's hospital and doctors office for all kids in the sims 4 to the sims 4 this place has to be interactive though

      please add interactive ballet classes and interactive karate classes for all ages from toddlers to adults to the sims 4 also please add a park with a trampoline and a bouncy house for kids and adults

      Please add an interactive rv park with rvs to rent to the sims 4 also please add an interactive petting zoo and an interactive circus inside an interactive county fair to the sims 4

      I know but can you please add flu shots and allergy shots to an an interactive hospital to the sims 4 (just like in the sims 3)

      Gagea it’s Because I want everything a town has to have in the sims 4 even a beautiful hotel with a waterpark and a petting zoo

      I want everything from the sims 1 the sims 2 the sims FreePlay the sims mobile and the sims 3 to be added to the sims 4 especially the flu shots from the sims 3 the social bunny from the sims 2 the fashion place from the sims mobile the mall from the sims FreePlay and the roller coaster from the sims 1 please (expect for the bomb things falling from the sky from the sims 3 ambitions)

      i hope the sims 4 gets an ice cream truck with freezer bunny popsicles and regular popsicles just like in the sims 3 please add that to the sims 4 just like everything i asked for especially the church with sunday school the expansion pack with a grocery store and a shopping mall and the amusement park with a roller coaster
